摘要 為掌握重慶市彭水縣煙葉協(xié)調(diào)性的時(shí)間變異特征,對(duì)2005—2014年上(B2F)、中(C3F)、下(X2F)部煙葉的協(xié)調(diào)性指標(biāo)進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明:在彭水煙區(qū)煙葉鉀氯比和兩糖差變異系數(shù)較大,兩糖比年度間變異最小,而其他化學(xué)成分含量的變異幅度在30%以內(nèi)。從不同年份部位間變異來看,各化學(xué)成分及協(xié)調(diào)性指標(biāo)均有逐漸穩(wěn)定的趨勢(shì)。從不同部位間對(duì)比來看,上部葉各化學(xué)成分協(xié)調(diào)性指標(biāo)年度間變異總體上大于中、下部葉。

Variability Analysis of Chemical Composition Coordination of Tobacco of Pengshui County in Different Years

Abstract In order to obtain the time variation characteristics of quality of tobacco leaf quality in Pengshui of Chongqing,chemical compatibility of upper leaves(B2F),middle(C3F),bottom (X2F)of tobacco leaf were analyzed from 2005 to 2014. The results showed that tobacco potassium chloride ratio and two sugar difference coefficient of variation were larger than the inter annual variation of sugar,two min,and other chemical composition variation within 30%.From the variations between different years parts,chemical composition and coordination index were gradually stable trend. From different parts of contrast,the upper leaves of each chemical component coordination index of yearly variation was generally larger than the lower leaves.

煙葉化學(xué)成分作為衡量煙葉品質(zhì)的重要指標(biāo)一直受到行業(yè)的重視[1-3]。當(dāng)前,煙草市場(chǎng)對(duì)煙葉原料的個(gè)性化需求越來越強(qiáng)烈,原料的穩(wěn)定性、均勻性顯得尤為重要。煙葉的化學(xué)成分協(xié)調(diào)是煙葉香味風(fēng)格和質(zhì)量特征的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ),是煙葉內(nèi)各類物質(zhì)形成某種香味風(fēng)格的平衡點(diǎn),是卷煙對(duì)煙葉原料要求的一個(gè)重要方面[4-10]。重慶市是國內(nèi)目前優(yōu)質(zhì)煙葉的原料產(chǎn)區(qū),而彭水又是重慶的第一植煙大縣,對(duì)彭水煙葉的化學(xué)成分協(xié)調(diào)性加以研究,對(duì)保障工業(yè)企業(yè)的優(yōu)質(zhì)原料供應(yīng)有著重要的意義。本文分析了2005—2014年重慶市彭水縣煙葉化學(xué)成分協(xié)調(diào)性的時(shí)間變異特征,以期為彭水煙區(qū)煙葉特色化生產(chǎn)提供依據(jù)。
1 材料與方法
1.1 試驗(yàn)材料
2005—2014年間在重慶市彭水縣16個(gè)植煙鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)選取上部葉(B2F)、中部葉(C3F)和下部葉(X2F)煙葉樣品,采樣原則綜合考慮當(dāng)?shù)氐闹髟云贩N、土壤類型、土壤質(zhì)地、海拔高度等因素?!?br>
