摘要 以包頭地區引種的6個觀賞海棠品種一年生休眠枝為試材,采用電導率法研究低溫脅迫下6種觀賞海棠電解質外滲的變化,并利用Logistic方程對變化曲線進行擬合,分別計算各海棠的半致死溫度(LT50)。結果表明:引進的6個觀賞海棠品種的抗寒性有顯著差異,相對電導率隨著處理溫度的降低呈“S”形上升,擬合出Logistic方程拐點對應的溫度即為半致死溫度,各海棠品種抗寒性強弱順序為:紅寶石>珍珠>亞當>西府海棠>鉆石>絢麗,半致死溫度分別為-29.99、-26.59、-24.51、-22.26、-21.04、-17.71 ℃。

Measurement of Cold Tolerance in Six Ornamental Crabapple Based on Electrical Conductivity Method Combining with Logistic Equation

Abstract Taking one-year-old dormant branches of six introduced ornamental crabapple in Baotou as test materials,electrical conductivity method was used to determine the change of relative electric conductivity of six cultivars ornamental crabapple under the condition of low temperature,and Logistic equation was used to fit it and then calculate their respective semi-lethal temperature(LT50). The result showed that the cold tolerance had significant differences in six cultivars ornamental crabapple.The relative electric conductivity of six cultivars ornamental crabapple increased as a S-curves with the decrease of temperature,and the S-curves inflection point temperature. From these,the cold tolerance(from strong to weak) were as following:Hong Baoshi>Zhen zhu>Ya dang>Xi fuhaitang>Zuan shi>Xuan li. The corresponding semi-lethal temperature was -29.99 ℃,-26.59 ℃,-24.51 ℃,-22.26 ℃,-21.04 ℃ and -17.71 ℃,respectively.

觀賞海棠為薔薇科蘋果屬落葉小喬木,其花、果、葉、樹形均具有較高的觀賞價值,對改善我國北方地區園林綠化樹種單調和生態多樣性不足的現狀具有重要意義,近年來在北方園林綠化中被廣泛應用,成為觀賞果樹領域的典型代表[1-3]。包頭市屬典型的北方城市,冬季寒冷,持續時間較長,且倒春寒嚴重,低溫成為觀賞海棠在包頭地區園林綠化中進一步推廣的最主要限制因子。在低溫脅迫下,植物組織形態和生理過程會發生一系列變化,以增強對寒害的耐受力[4]。因此,對包頭引種觀賞海棠的抗寒性研究具有現實意義。本研究通過對引入包頭地區的6個觀賞海棠品種在低溫脅迫下相對電導率的變化規律及半致死溫度的測定,將其作為快速鑒定觀賞海棠不同品種抗寒性的重要指標,為進一步研究觀賞海棠不同品種抗寒性提供理論依據。……p>
