昆明地區油橄欖設施扦插育苗技術規程

摘要 為了規范昆明地區油橄欖扦插育苗技術，促進云南省油橄欖產業化發展，依據國家相關標準，結合云南省油橄欖育苗的實際情況，對油橄欖設施扦插育苗的相關技術流程提出了具體的要求。該規程的制定對云南省油橄欖設施扦插育苗生產具有重要的現實指導意義。

Technical Specification of Cuttage Seedlings for Olive Under Protected Conditions in Kunming Area

Abstract To standardize the cuttage seedling production of olive under protected conditions in Kunming area and promote the sustainable development of planting industry in Yunnan Province，the technical specification was put forward according to the relevant standards and combining with the production situation in Yunnan Province.The related technical of process on cuttage olive facilities seedings was specific required.The technical specification had important practical guiding significances for the production of olive seedings in Yunnan Province.

油橄欖（Olea europaea L.）為木犀科木犀欖屬常綠喬木，分布于地中海一帶，是地中海最古老的栽培果樹之一，已經有幾千年的栽培歷史，是世界著名的油果兼用樹種。油橄欖油營養豐富，易被人體消化吸收，具有預防心腦血管疾病的功效，葉、果化學提取物還廣泛應用于醫藥、美容、化工等行業[1-8]。

云南省昆明市?？诹謭鍪?964年全國油橄欖引種栽培較早的地區之一，至今已有50年的栽培歷史，部分品種具有較強的適應性，結果性狀表現較好，具備大范圍推廣栽培的優良特性。扦插育苗是油橄欖育苗最經濟有效的方法[9-16]。云南省油橄欖引種栽培雖早，但是由于受育苗技術的限制，無法滿足苗木供應，大部分苗木需要從四川、甘肅等地區引進，部分企業及林農擔心引種地氣候和云南氣候差異大，會影響到后期的經濟效益，所以云南油橄欖的栽培規模一直處于較低水平。近年來，隨著國家及省政府對木本油料樹種的重視，優質苗木的短缺和亟需大力發展油橄欖產業兩者間出現了較大的矛盾。……
