德化縣中小民營陶瓷企業融資問題研究

摘要 德化地區中小民營陶瓷企業對德化陶瓷產業的發展起到了不可估量的作用。當前，資金問題一直都是限制當地中小民營陶瓷企業發展的關鍵所在。在分析當前德化中小民營陶瓷企業的融資現狀、渠道的基礎上，明確其融資困難的原因。提出提升企業自身融資能力、拓寬中小企業融資渠道、發展中小企業融資機構、加強國有銀行對中小企業的金融支持、建立和完善信用體系和評級信用機構、政府加強對中小企業融資的支持力度等建議，以期能夠為德化縣解決中小民營陶瓷企業融資問題提供意見和建議。

The Research of the Financing Problems of Small and Medium Private Ceramic Enterprises in Dehua County

Abstract The development of small and medium private ceramics enterprises has played an invaluable role for the porcelain industry in Dehua County.Currently，the funding problems have been limiting the development of the local small and medium private ceramics enterprises.This paper analyzed the current status and channels of the financing，cleared the reason for its financing difficulties in Dehua County，provided some feasible countermeasures and suggestions to solve the financing problems of small and medium private ceramic enterprises in Dehua County，which including enhancing their own capacity，expanding financing channels for SMEs，developing the SME financing institutions，strengthening the support of state-owned banks to SMEs，improving the credit system and credit rating agencies and government should strengthen efforts to support SMEs financing and so on.

近年來，我國中小民營企業發展勢頭強勁，已逐步成為我國經濟發展的重要組成部分，福建省中小民營企業的數量也在逐年攀升，對全省經濟社會的貢獻越來越大。然而，受到中小型民營企業自身規模以及資金實力的影響，融資問題往往成為困擾他們進一步發展的瓶頸所在。因此，出臺有利于中小企業發展的融資政策和措施，是政府當前需要著力解決的重點問題。與此同時，需要不斷完善與之配套的金融扶持政策，引導銀行以及其他的融資機構為其提供資金支持，從而推動其不斷發展、壯大，促進經濟更加平穩發展。

早在19世紀80年代，德化縣就開始進行陶瓷生產，只是企業數目較少，只有10余家。新中國成立之后，德化陶瓷企業蓬勃發展，特別是改革開放之后，更是發展迅速。……
