復(fù)合式小梁切除術(shù)治療原發(fā)性慢性閉角性青光眼效果探討

[摘要] 目的 探討和分析采用復(fù)合式小梁切除術(shù)對原發(fā)性慢性閉角性青光眼患者進(jìn)行臨床治療的情況和效果。方法 隨機(jī)抽選68例原發(fā)性慢性閉角性青光眼患者，根據(jù)抽簽法對他們進(jìn)行平均分組（對照組和觀察組）分方法（傳統(tǒng)小梁切除術(shù)和復(fù)合式小梁切除術(shù)）治療，并對兩組患者的治療效果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)、對比以及分析。結(jié)果 經(jīng)過一年的治療后觀察組患者的眼壓、臨床總有效率以及并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率都比對照組的患者要顯著，比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 對原發(fā)性慢性閉角性青光眼患者采用復(fù)合式小梁切除術(shù)的療效顯著，并發(fā)癥少，術(shù)后恢復(fù)好，因而，它是一種科學(xué)、有效、理想、安全的臨床治療方法。

Compound Trabeculectomy for Primary Chronic Angle Closure Glaucoma Effect

[Abstract] Objective To investigate and analysis of the use of compound trabeculectomy for primary and effect of clinical treatment of chronic angle closure glaucoma patients were. Methods Randomly selected 68 patients with primary chronic angle closure glaucoma patients in clinical treatment， their data were analyzed retrospectively. Results The patients in the observation group after treatment， intraocular pressure， 1 years of clinical total effective rate and the rate of complications was significantly better than the control group patients， comparison between groups were statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion Complications of primary effect of the compound trabeculectomy in glaucoma patients significantly， chronic angle closure， good postoperative recovery， therefore， it is a scientific， effective， safe， ideal clinical treatment methods.

青光眼，是眼科臨床上的一種常見性疾病，且對患者的身體健康和日常生活危害嚴(yán)重[1]。目前，臨床上對原發(fā)性慢性閉角性青光眼患者的治療多是采用濾過手術(shù)，即傳統(tǒng)小梁切除術(shù)。隨著醫(yī)療技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步，近些年來，臨床上逐漸開展采用在傳統(tǒng)小梁切除術(shù)基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展起來的一種新型手術(shù)方法—復(fù)合式小梁切除術(shù)，并取得了良好的臨床治療效果[2-3]。該研究隨機(jī)擇取2012年5月—2014年5月之間在該院眼科進(jìn)行治療的原發(fā)性慢性閉角性青光眼患者68例。將他們按照抽簽法平均的劃分成對照組和觀察組兩組（每組34例），分別采用傳統(tǒng)小梁切除術(shù)和復(fù)合式小梁切除術(shù)對患者進(jìn)行治療，同時對比并分析兩組研究對象的治療效果和情況。現(xiàn)報道如下。
