6月3日，重慶市長(zhǎng)黃奇帆會(huì)見ABB集團(tuán)總裁兼首席執(zhí)行官史畢福一行，雙方就進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)合作交換了意見。

黃奇帆說(shuō)，近年來(lái)，重慶制造業(yè)保持良好發(fā)展勢(shì)頭，工業(yè)增加值、規(guī)上工業(yè)企業(yè)利潤(rùn)增幅已連續(xù)幾年位居全國(guó)前列。當(dāng)前，在繼續(xù)做大做強(qiáng)現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)業(yè)的同時(shí)，重慶還順應(yīng)科技革命和產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)，大力發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)，努力形成新的增長(zhǎng)極。ABB是重慶重要的戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴，希望在重慶未來(lái)發(fā)展過(guò)程中，雙方進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)合作，拓寬合作領(lǐng)域，在機(jī)器人、自動(dòng)化控制等方面開展務(wù)實(shí)合作，共促發(fā)展。

母親河 王巖2015中國(guó)巡展重慶啟動(dòng)

5月15日，英籍華裔藝術(shù)家王巖將她在英國(guó)普利茅斯大學(xué)開展的藝術(shù)攝影項(xiàng)目——“母親河”帶到長(zhǎng)江流域重要節(jié)點(diǎn)城市重慶。

據(jù)悉，此次展覽耗時(shí)5年，圍繞長(zhǎng)江沿岸的景觀、神話和價(jià)值觀，成就了一段橫跨中國(guó)大地6211公里史詩(shī)般的旅程。

王巖表示，從一個(gè)長(zhǎng)期的藝術(shù)及調(diào)研項(xiàng)目，到一個(gè)成熟的攝影展，“母親河”不僅揭開了亞洲最長(zhǎng)河流的神秘面紗，更給觀眾帶來(lái)視覺、認(rèn)知和情感上的新體驗(yàn)。她稱，“母親河”這一概念起始于她到英國(guó)約克郡居住后對(duì)故鄉(xiāng)中國(guó)的思念。從其他關(guān)于長(zhǎng)江的拍攝影像中，她梳理出一種不參雜多余情感，直接源自視覺的獨(dú)特方式，來(lái)表達(dá)自己對(duì)故鄉(xiāng)的思念。

從2010年到2014年，王巖使用一臺(tái)大畫幅相機(jī)，用Google地圖將長(zhǎng)江等分成63個(gè)點(diǎn)，每?jī)牲c(diǎn)間確切相距100公里，作品連續(xù)且有時(shí)間順序地排列，根據(jù)江水的流向而定?？缭降膹V闊距離、宏大規(guī)模、以及長(zhǎng)江的艱險(xiǎn)條件都在王巖的作品中得到呈現(xiàn)。

該展于5月16日——6月5日在重慶中國(guó)三峽博物館首展，之后將同期登陸長(zhǎng)江黃金系列郵輪，以《流動(dòng)的母親河》作為平行展覽的主題，沿江而下，于7月登陸武漢美術(shù)館，并在9月的上海藝術(shù)影像展期間登陸上海斯沃琪和平飯店藝術(shù)中心。

第六屆中外棒球友誼賽開戰(zhàn)

5月24日，由重慶市人民對(duì)外友好協(xié)會(huì)、日本駐重慶總領(lǐng)館主辦的第六屆中外棒球友誼賽在重慶南開中學(xué)拉開帷幕。來(lái)自西南大學(xué)、重慶南開中學(xué)、城市獵人、國(guó)際聯(lián)隊(duì)等七支來(lái)自不同國(guó)家的隊(duì)員組成的代表隊(duì)展開“捉對(duì)廝殺”，為現(xiàn)場(chǎng)觀眾奉獻(xiàn)多場(chǎng)棒球視覺盛宴。

此次友誼賽分為軟式棒球比賽、慢投壘球比賽、正式棒球比賽三種形式舉行。軟式棒球比賽、慢投壘球比賽分別邀請(qǐng)兩支球隊(duì)出賽，決出優(yōu)勝隊(duì)伍；正式棒球比賽邀請(qǐng)七支球隊(duì)參加，決出優(yōu)勝隊(duì)伍。

中外棒球友誼賽始于2010年，每年舉辦一次，今年的主題是“快樂夢(mèng)想、健康力量”，通過(guò)棒球文化圖片展、棒球教室親子體驗(yàn)、棒球友誼賽等系列活動(dòng)擴(kuò)大棒球運(yùn)動(dòng)在重慶的影響，促進(jìn)重慶市民對(duì)棒球運(yùn)動(dòng)的認(rèn)識(shí)，提高重慶中學(xué)生和成人的運(yùn)動(dòng)水平，加深重慶市民與在渝外籍人士的友誼。

據(jù)悉，5月31日還在北部新區(qū)財(cái)富中心舉辦了軟式棒球親子樂園，活動(dòng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)計(jì)了很多適宜互動(dòng)的親子環(huán)節(jié)，讓孩子和家長(zhǎng)在趣味游戲中體驗(yàn)運(yùn)動(dòng)的樂趣，也能在快樂中更好地體驗(yàn)運(yùn)動(dòng)精神。

拉脫維亞交通部國(guó)務(wù)秘書奧佐林斯訪渝將利用“渝新歐”緊密合作

5月24-26日，拉脫維亞交通部國(guó)務(wù)秘書奧佐林斯一行5人來(lái)渝訪問。在渝期間，代表團(tuán)與重慶民生物流公司、惠普公司原始設(shè)計(jì)制造商廣達(dá)集團(tuán)進(jìn)行了座談交流，實(shí)地考察了沙坪壩區(qū)團(tuán)結(jié)村鎮(zhèn)物流園和渝新歐鐵路運(yùn)輸起點(diǎn)站，了解重慶汽車整車進(jìn)出口途徑。雙方就共同爭(zhēng)取通過(guò)渝新歐鐵路運(yùn)輸，打通重慶經(jīng)哈薩克斯坦至拉脫維亞的物流運(yùn)輸線路達(dá)成共識(shí)，并明確下一步合作目標(biāo)和方式。

該代表團(tuán)隨后還參加了于5月27至28日期間在渝舉辦的亞歐互聯(lián)互通產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)話會(huì)活動(dòng)。

英國(guó)駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館舉行成立1 5周年招待酒會(huì)

6月5日，慶祝英國(guó)駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館成立15周年招待酒會(huì)在重慶中國(guó)三峽博物館舉行。今年是英國(guó)駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館成立15周年，也是中英兩國(guó)間的文化交流年，英國(guó)駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館將面向廣大重慶市民推出豐富多彩的交流活動(dòng)。

英國(guó)駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館成立于2000年3月1日，該總領(lǐng)事館15年來(lái)一直致力與重慶各界開展廣泛合作，全方位推進(jìn)重慶與英國(guó)的交流，雙方在貿(mào)易投資、文化藝術(shù)、科技與創(chuàng)新、氣候變化與能源、以及民間交往等方面的合作日益密切，取得了豐碩的合作成果。

今年是中英兩國(guó)間的文化交流年，英國(guó)駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館將推出涵蓋電影、音樂、繪畫等多個(gè)領(lǐng)域的交流活動(dòng)，這些活動(dòng)都將面向重慶市民開展。

俄羅斯薩馬拉州代表團(tuán)來(lái)渝訪問

應(yīng)重慶市人民政府外事僑務(wù)辦公室邀請(qǐng)，俄羅斯伏爾加河沿岸聯(lián)邦區(qū)薩馬拉州副州長(zhǎng)兼經(jīng)濟(jì)與投資部長(zhǎng)戈本科一行3人于5月29日-5月31日來(lái)渝訪問。訪渝期間，代表團(tuán)一行舉辦了與重慶企業(yè)家見面交流會(huì)，參觀了第18屆渝洽會(huì)展廳，與市政府外僑辦、市發(fā)展改革委、市外經(jīng)貿(mào)委和重慶外經(jīng)貿(mào)集團(tuán)、小康汽車、力帆集團(tuán)、中冶賽迪、新泰機(jī)械廠 、市人民醫(yī)院等重慶企業(yè)和機(jī)構(gòu)就開展雙方在貿(mào)易、投資、物流、新能源汽車、冶金、機(jī)械制造、醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生等方面合作事宜交換意見，達(dá)成了系列合作意向。

楓葉國(guó)際學(xué)校舉行建校20周年慶祝大會(huì)

5月29日，楓葉國(guó)際學(xué)校舉行建校20周年暨重慶校區(qū)建校6周年慶祝大會(huì)，該校中外師生及校友獻(xiàn)上了精彩的歌舞表演，共同為校慶獻(xiàn)禮。

同時(shí)，重慶市教育學(xué)會(huì)教育管理專業(yè)委員會(huì)、重慶三峽教育文化研究院，還在重慶楓葉國(guó)際學(xué)校舉辦了以“國(guó)際化教育背景下學(xué)校文化構(gòu)建”為主題的高峰論壇，來(lái)自重慶教育界的代表們聚集于此，針對(duì)“‘國(guó)際化’是什么”、“怎樣通過(guò)文化構(gòu)建培養(yǎng)國(guó)際化人才”......等相關(guān)問題，探討了在教育國(guó)際化背景下，基礎(chǔ)教育的發(fā)展方向。

據(jù)了解，自1995年大連楓葉國(guó)際學(xué)校創(chuàng)辦以來(lái)，楓葉國(guó)際學(xué)校已經(jīng)形成融幼教、小學(xué)、初中、高中、外籍人員子女學(xué)校為一體的國(guó)內(nèi)基礎(chǔ)教育領(lǐng)域完善的國(guó)際教育體系。據(jù)悉，重慶楓葉國(guó)際學(xué)校第四屆畢業(yè)生89人目前已收到總計(jì)240份大學(xué)預(yù)錄取通知書，預(yù)錄取率達(dá)100%，不少學(xué)生已收到不止一封預(yù)錄取通知書。

On June 3，Huang Qifan，mayor of Chongqing，met with president and CEO of aBB group Mr.Ulrich Spiesshofer and his group. The two parts exchanged views on further strengthening cooperation.

In recent years，Chongqing’s manufacturing industry has maintained a good development momentum，and its industrial added value，the profit growth of industrial enterprises with an annual revenue of 20 million yuan or more from their main business operations has been among the top in the nation level for several years，Huang said. Currently when continuing to strengthen and expand existing industries，Chongqing should also comply with the science and technology revolution and industry development trend，vigorously develop strategic emerging industries，and make efforts to form a new growth pole. as an important strategic partner of Chongqing，aBB hopes that in the course of future development of Chongqing，the two sides will further strengthen and broaden areas of cooperation，carry out pragmatic cooperation and promot common development in the areas of robot and automatic control，etc.

Ulrich Spiesshofer said that aBB is confi dent about the future development of Chongqing and it is willing to deepen cooperation，further increase investment，and boost development of Chongqing.

“Mother River Wang Yan 2015 China Tour Exhibition” Starts in Chongqing

On May 15，the Chinese-born British artist Wang Yan brought the “Mother River”，an art photography project that she launched in Polymouth University to Chongqing，the important node city of Yangtze River Basin.

It is reported that the exhibition costs 5 years and centers on the landscape，myths and values along the river，which accomplished an epic journey that crosses Chinese land with a total length of 6211 kilometers.

Wang Yan pointed that from a long-term art and research project to a mature exhibition，“Mother River” not only opened the mysterious veil of asia’s longest river，but also brought the audience visual，cognitive and emotional new experience. She said the concept of “Mother River” started from her yearnning for hometown China after living in Yorkshire，England. From other shooting images about the Yangtze River，she combed out an unique way that can express her homesickness. Such a way comes directly from visual arts without a hue of redundant emotions.

From 2010 to 2014，with the help of a large-calibre camera and the Google Maps，Wang divided the Yangtze river equally into 63 points，and the exact distance between two points is 100 kilometers. according to the flowing course of water，works are arranged in sequence and time order. The vast distance，grand scale，and dangerous condition of the Yangtze River are all presented in her works.

The exhibition was firstly held in Chongqing China Three Gorges Museum from May 16 to June 5. and then it will be loaded in the Yangtze River golden series cruise simultaneously，taking the Flowing Mother River as the theme of parallel display down the river，and then landed Wuhan art Gallery in July and the Swatch art Peace Hotel art Centre during Photo Shanghai in Setember.

The 6th China-Foreign Friendly Baseball Match Kickes Off

On May 24，the sixth China-Foreign Friendly Baseball Match co-hosted by Chongqing Municipal People’s association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and Consulate-General of Japan in Chongqing kicked off in Chongqing Nankai Middle School. The seven representative teams with members coming from different countries from Southwest University，Chongqing Nankai Middle School，City Hunter and International United fi ghted closely with each other，offering many baseball-game visual feasts for the audience.

This friendly match is divided into three forms: soft baseball game，slow pitch softball game and formal baseball game. Soft baseball game and slow pitch softball game invited two teams to attend，and judged the winner respectively； formal baseball game invited seven teams to attend，and judged the winner.

China-Foreign Friendly Baseball Match was annual event since 2010，and this year’s theme is “Happy Dream，Healthy Power”. The aim is to expand the baseball infl uence in Chongqing，promote Chongqing citizens’ understanding of baseball，improve the sports level of Chongqing middle school students and adults，and deepen Chongqing citizens’ friendship with foreigners through the series of activities，such as the baseball cultural picture exhibition，baseball classroom parent-child experience and friendly baseball match.

It is reported that on May 31，soft baseball parent-child paradise was also held in the Fortune Plaza in Chongqing New North Zone （CNNZ）. There are many parent-child interaction links in the activity，which bring happiness of sports to children and their parents during funny games，and help them to better understandthe spirit of sports at the same time.

Kaspars Ozolins, State Secretary of Ministry of Transport of Latvia, Visits Chongqing

On May 24-26，a 5-member delegation headed by Mr. Kaspars Ozolins，State Secretary of Ministry of Transport of Latvia visited Chongqing. During their visit，the delegation had a symposium with Chongqing Minsheng aPLL Logistics CO.，LTD，and HP ODM Quanta Computer Inc，and made a fi eld visit to the Logistics Park of Unity Village，Shapingba District and the starting point of Eurasia International Railway. They have reached a consensus on the smoothing of logistics transit lines from Chongqing through kazakhstan to Latvia and clearly put forward the mode of cooperation and the goals in further development.

British Consulate-General Chongqing Holds the 15th Anniversary Reception Dinner

On June 5，the 15th anniversary reception dinner of British Consulate-General Chongqing was held in Chongqing China Three Gorges Museum. This year not only marks the 15th anniversary of the founding of the British Consulate-General Chongqing，but also is the Sino-UK Cultural Year. The British Consulate-General Chongqing would launch colorful exchange activities for the general public of Chongqing.

Maple Leaf International School Holds its 20 Years Anniversary Celebration Meeting

Maple Leaf International School held its 20 years anniversary and 6 years of Chongqing branch celebration meeting on 29th，May. Both Chinese and foreign teachers and students did wonderful performance as an anniversary gift.
