獨立學院工科專業應用型人才培養模式探索

摘 要 針對獨立學院工科專業應用型人才培養目標，以浙江師范大學行知學院工科專業本科應用型人才培養為例，提出借助校企合作平臺，通過培養工程意識，注重基本技能訓練，增強實踐能力、優化教學內容等一系列教學改革措施，探索獨立學院工科專業本科應用型人才培養實施的思路與途徑，以進一步提升獨立學院工科專業的人才培養質量。

Abstract Aiming at realizing talent training objective of engineering

majors in Xingzhi College of Zhejiang Normal University， a set of multiplex measures is proposed including cultivating engineering consciousness of students， emphasizing on fundamental skill cultivation， improving practical ability of students and optimizing course content. This talent-training model mentioned above is implemented by taking advantage of university-enterprise cooperation platform to explore the ideas and methods of applied-oriented talent training and to promote the talent-training quality of engineering undergraduates in independent colleges.

獨立學院是我國高等教育辦學模式的創新，它的發展與壯大擴大了高等教育的規模，在我國高等教育大眾化的過程中起到重要的作用。同時，獨立學院在產生與發展過程中既得到社會的肯定與贊譽，又伴隨著批評與爭議，尤其是在當前高等教育大眾化階段，面對巨大的就業壓力。獨立學院只有從市場需求出發，確立人才培養目標，對培養模式不斷創新，加強學生實踐能力的培養，才能走出一條適合自己發展的道路。獨立學院人才培養模式直接決定著人才培養質量，直接決定著學生將來的就業與發展。

浙江師范大學行知學院工科專業根據社會發展需要和學院定位，圍繞培養具有較強創新精神和實踐能力的應用型高級專門人才為目標，緊密結合地方經濟建設與社會發展，以師資隊伍建設和教學科研平臺建設為重點，以教學內容和教學方法改革為手段，堅持開放式工科專業辦學，走產學研結合，服務地方經濟和科研促教學的專業發展之路。……
