世界大學(xué)城空間在《婦產(chǎn)科護(hù)理學(xué)》教學(xué)中應(yīng)用的效果分析

摘要：目的 探討世界大學(xué)城空間在《婦產(chǎn)科護(hù)理學(xué)》教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用效果。方法 2014

年9月至2015年1月，方便性抽樣選擇護(hù)理學(xué)系301名學(xué)生，按班級分為對照組和觀察組，對照組采用傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)，觀察組在傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)基礎(chǔ)上使用世界大學(xué)城空間教學(xué)平臺。比較兩組學(xué)生課程期末考試成績、評判性思維態(tài)度傾向性得分。結(jié)果 兩組學(xué)生《婦產(chǎn)科護(hù)理學(xué)》期末考試成績、評判性思維態(tài)度傾向得

分比較，差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。

結(jié)論 世界大學(xué)城空間有效促進(jìn)了《婦產(chǎn)科護(hù)理學(xué)》教學(xué)質(zhì)量和學(xué)生自身批判性思維的提高。

Abstract： Objective： To discuss effect of the application of the network platform of world university town in gynecology and obstetrics nursing teaching. Methods： 301 nursing students were selected using convenience sampling and divided into experimental group and control group based on their grades and classes from September 2014 to July 2015. All the students received the routine nursing teaching. However，the students in the experimental group received nursing training with “network platform of world university town”. Comparisons were conducted on the curriculum test scores，results of critical thinking attitude tendentious survey table—the Chinese version. Results： There were significant differences on the curriculum test scores and results of critical thinking attitude tendentious survey table between the two groups.Conclusion： The “network platform of world university town” can effectively promote the quality of gynecology and obstetrics nursing teaching and students critical thinking skills.

隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信技術(shù)的發(fā)展，世界大學(xué)城空間的推廣在教育界引發(fā)了一場空間革命[1，4]。筆者建設(shè)了世界大學(xué)城空間，并應(yīng)用于《婦產(chǎn)科護(hù)理學(xué)》教學(xué)工作中，取得了較好效果，現(xiàn)報告如下。

一、對象與方法

（一）對象

2014年9月至2015年1月，方便性抽樣選擇湘南學(xué)院2012級護(hù)理學(xué)1～2班149名學(xué)生為觀察組，3～4班152名學(xué)生為對照組。兩組學(xué)生在性別、年齡、既往學(xué)習(xí)成績等方面比較，差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P>0.05），具有可比性。

（二）方法

觀察組與對照組在同一學(xué)期開設(shè)《婦產(chǎn)科護(hù)理學(xué)》，由同一名教師承擔(dān)課程教學(xué)任務(wù)。對照組采用傳統(tǒng)的課堂教學(xué);觀察組在傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)的基礎(chǔ)上使用世界大學(xué)城空間教學(xué)平臺進(jìn)行輔助教學(xué)。

1.世界大學(xué)城空間的構(gòu)建

我們于2014年3月到7月建設(shè)了世界大學(xué)城空間（http：//www.worlduc.com/SpaceShow/Index.aspx？uid=1166376），并著力進(jìn)行《婦產(chǎn)科護(hù)理學(xué)》空間課程教學(xué)模式構(gòu)建，涉及教學(xué)課件、教學(xué)病例、教學(xué)視頻等方面。……
