中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療腫瘤性貧血的臨床療效分析

[摘要] 目的 探索中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療腫瘤性貧血的臨床療效。 方法 方便選取該院收治的100例腫瘤性貧血患者，收治時(shí)間均集中在2012年10月—2014年10月期間，并進(jìn)行隨機(jī)分組，對(duì)照組采用常規(guī)西藥治療，觀察組采用中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療，比較兩組患者的總恢復(fù)率、平均輸血量、輸液間隔時(shí)間以及不良事件發(fā)生率，并將兩組患者的PLT、WBC、SF以及Hb平均值進(jìn)行對(duì)比。結(jié)果 觀察組患者4周后恢復(fù)率、PLT平均值、WBC平均值、SF平均值、Hb平均值、不良事件發(fā)生率、輸液間隔時(shí)間為、平均輸血量為顯著優(yōu)于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療腫瘤性貧血患者效果顯著。

[Abstract] Objective Convenient selection explore the clinical effect of the combination therapy of tumor anemia. Methods Selected 100 cases of tumor patients with anemia， time to focus on October 2012 to October 2014， divided into two groups， the control group was treated with conventional western medicine， the observation group with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine combined， compared with the total recovery rate， average volume of blood transfusion， infusion interval time and adverse event incidence incidence， PLT， WBC， SF and Hb values. Results Observation group of patients after 4 weeks recovery rate， PLT average， WBC average， SF average， Hb average， adverse event rate， infusion time interval， the average blood transfusion was significantly better than the control group（P < 0.05）. Conclusion Integrative treatment of cancer anemia effect is remarkable.

腫瘤患者常見的一類并發(fā)癥為貧血，而患者貧血程度可直接影響患者腫瘤疾病嚴(yán)重程度，大部分腫瘤性貧血患者均可出現(xiàn)缺血缺氧現(xiàn)象，隨著中醫(yī)技術(shù)逐漸應(yīng)用于臨床，許多學(xué)者嘗試將中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療，發(fā)現(xiàn)其不僅可改善患者臨床癥狀，還可延長(zhǎng)患者生存時(shí)間，改善患者貧血現(xiàn)象[1]，因此，該文以該院2012年10月—2014年10月收治的100例腫瘤性貧血患者作為該次研究對(duì)象，觀察中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療腫瘤性貧血患者所取得的效果，以便于為日后臨床治療提供參考依據(jù)，現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料

方便選擇100例腫瘤性貧血患者為此次研究對(duì)象，所有患者均在2012年10月—2014年10月期間收治，對(duì)100例患者進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)隨機(jī)化分組，其中男性71例，女性29例；年齡30～68歲之間，平均年齡為（52.14±1.58）歲，分為觀察組（中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療）和對(duì)照組（常規(guī)西藥治療），兩組患者均為50例。……
