
[摘要] 目的 探討MR LAVA技術在腹部血管成像中的應用效果。方法 方便選取該院2013年4月—2015年8月期間收治的120例腹部外科手術患者作為研究對象,根據臨床檢查方法的不同將其分為觀察組64例和對照組56例,觀察組患者采用MR LAVA技術,對照組患者采用多層螺旋CT檢查。對比兩組患者的各級血管顯示率、動脈血管變異、靜脈血管變異以及血管病變檢出結果。結果 觀察組對于Ⅰ級、Ⅱ級和Ⅲ級血管的顯示率分別為100%、100%和99.0%,對照組對于Ⅰ級、Ⅱ級和Ⅲ級血管的顯示率分別為100%、100%和99.4%;觀察組對于Ⅳ級、Ⅴ級血管的顯示率分別為61.3%和59.8%,對照組對于Ⅳ級、Ⅴ級血管的顯示率分別為67.9%和62.5%,兩組患者的腹主動脈及其分支血管的顯示率對比差異無統計學意義(P>0.05);在觀察組患者出現動脈血管變異7例和靜脈血管變異1例以及血管病變1例。對照組患者出現動脈血管變異6例和靜脈血管變異1例以及血管病變1例。兩組對比差異無統計學意義(P>0.05)。結論 在腹部血管成像中,MR LAVA技術的應用效果十分顯著,MR LAVA技術在腹部血管成像能達到多層螺旋CT血管成像的效果,而不用接受CT射線的損害,為腹部手術治療提供了重要的參考依據,具有很高的臨床應用價值。

[Abstract] Objective To assess the value of Mr lava technique in abdominal vascular imaging effect. Methods Convenient selected from our hospital in April 2013 to August 2005, 120 cases of abdominal surgery patients as the research object, according to the different clinical examination methods will be divided into the observation group and control group, 64 case in the observation and 56 cases in the control group, the observation group were treated by Mr lava technology, control group patients by multi-slice spiral CT examination. Compared two groups of patients with blood vessels of all levels to display rate, arterial variation and venous vascular variation and vascular disease detection results. Results The observation group for grade I, grade II and grade III vascular display rates were 100%, 100% and 99.0%, control group for grade I, grade II and grade III vascular display rates were 100%, 100% and 99.4%; observation group in grade IV, V class vessels display rate was 61.3% and 59.8% respectively. The control group for grade IV, V class vessels display rate was 67.9% and 62.5%, two groups of patients with abdominal aorta and branch display rate there was no obvious difference(P > 0.05); in patients in the observation group had artery variations in 7 cases and venous vascular variation in 1 case and blood There were 6 cases in the control group, 1 cases of arterial vascular variation and 1 cases of venous vascular variation and 1 cases of vascular lesions. The difference between the two groups was not significant (P > 0.05).Conclusion In abdominal vascular imaging, the application effect of Mr lava technology is very significant, Mr lava technique in abdominal vascular imaging can achieve the effect of multi-slice spiral CT angiography, rather than accept the damage of X-ray CT, treatment for abdominal surgery provides an important reference, has a high value in clinical application.
