樸實顆粒對經腹全子宮切除術后腸蠕動功能恢復臨床觀察84例

[摘要] 目的 探討樸實顆粒促進經腹全子宮切除術后腸蠕動功能恢復的療效。方法 方便選取2012年1月—2016年4月該院婦產科就診84例經腹全子宮切除患者，隨機分成觀察組與對照組，每組各42例，均給予常規術后護理，督促患者早下床，適當活動，觀察組在此基礎上給與口服樸實顆粒，觀察兩組患者排氣排便情況。結果 觀察組24 h內排氣8例，48 h內排氣42例，平均肛門排氣平均時間為23.64 h，術后平均排便時間33.21 h；對照組24 h內排氣2例，48 h內排氣34例，平均肛門排氣時間為42.78 h，術后平均排便時間51.89 h；兩組相比差異有統計學意義。治療組24 h、48 h通氣通便時間均較對照組明顯縮短。結論 樸實顆粒顯著促進了術后胃腸功能的恢復，療效顯著，值得臨床推廣。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the curative effect of Pushi granules to promote abdominal hysterectomy intestinal peristalsis function recovery. Methods Convenient selection from January 2012 to April 2016， 84 cases of patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group， second group（42 cases） were given routine postoperative nursing， urge patients to get out of bed in the morning， appropriate activities， observation group on the basis of given oral Pushi granules， observe two groups of patients with exhaust and defecation. Results The observation group within 24 hours in 8 patients within 48 hours of the exhaust， exhaust in 42 cases， the average time average anal exhaust was 23.64 h， the average postoperative defecation time 33.21h； the control group within 24 hours of discharge in 2 cases， 34 cases of discharge within 48 hours， the average anal exhaust time was 42.78 h， the average postoperative defecation time， two groups of 51.89 h； compared the difference was statistically significant. The 24 hours and 48 hours in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group. Conclusion The simple particles significantly promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after operation， the curative effect is remarkable， and it is worth to be popularized.

經腹全子宮切除術后的患者都會出現不同程度的胃腸道蠕動功能抑制，出現不同程度的腹脹、腹痛、腹部膨隆，甚至出現肛門停止排氣、排便，從而影響進食和術后的順利康復，部分患者可妨礙呼吸循環而危及生命。現方便選取2012年1月—2016年4月該院婦產科經腹全子宮切除手術病例共84例，進行腸蠕動功能恢復情況觀察，了解中成藥制劑樸實顆粒對患者胃腸道蠕動功能恢復的影響，現報道如下。

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料

方便選取在泰州第四人民醫院接受經腹全子宮切除手術的患者84例，年齡在40～ 65歲；治療組平均年齡（47.75±7.78）歲，對照組平均年齡（51.50±8.38）歲，t=0.9275，P>0.05，均無手術并發癥，并排除其他原因引起的急性胃腸功能損傷。……
