中藥活血化瘀在大隱靜脈曲張術后應用的臨床探討

[摘要] 目的 探析中藥活血化瘀在大隱靜脈曲張術后應用的臨床效果。方法 隨機選取該院2010年1月—2016年7月收治的60例大隱靜脈曲張患者，隨機將其分為治療組和對照組，各為30例，治療組術后給予中藥活血化瘀處理，對照組采術后給予一般處理，比較兩組手術時間、術中出血及住院時間等情況。結果 治療組手術時間（25.6±5.3）min、術中出血（20.5±5.3）mL、下床活動時間（7.8±3.2）h及住院時間（4.3±1.3）d，與對照組比較差異有統計學意義，P<0.05。治療組滿意率96.67%與對照組83.33%比較差異有統計學意義，P<0.05。結論 大隱靜脈高位結扎加點式剝脫術治療大隱靜脈曲張的效果顯著，術后給予中藥活血化瘀處理，患者恢復快，滿意率高，值得臨床推廣。

[Abstract] Objective Analysis of traditional Chinese medicine blood circulation in varicose veins postoperative clinical results. Methods Random selection our hospital in January 2010 to July 2016 were treated 60 cases of varicose veins were randomly divided into treatment group and control group， 30 patients，in each group the treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine treatment of blood circulation， control after giving general mining group treatment were compared operative time， blood loss and hospital stay and so on.Results Treatment operative time （25.6 ± 5.3） min， blood loss （20.5 ± 5.3） mL， ambulation time （7.8 ± 3.2） h and the length of stay （4.3±1.3） d， significant differences compared with control group， P<0.05. Satisfaction rate of 96.67% in treatment group and the control group，83.33% difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion Saphenous vein high ligation point ablative treatment of saphenous varices significant effect， after giving blood circulation Chinese medicine treatment， patients recover faster， more satisfaction， worthy of promotion.

下肢靜脈曲張主要是指單純大隱靜脈淺靜脈伸長，迂曲，進而呈現出曲張狀態，多因為長期從事久站工作，或久坐少動等因素導致[1]。手術是主要的治療方法，傳統的手術治療后，患者術后疼痛感嚴重，出現瘀斑或出血等，中醫認為，早期該疾病屬于筋脈橫解范疇，合并濕疹時又被成為濕瘡，合并潰瘍時又被成為臁瘡[2]。為探析中藥活血化瘀在大隱靜脈曲張術后應用的臨床效果，該文將2010年1月—2016年7月收治的60例大隱靜脈曲張患者，作為研究對象，現報道如下。

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料

隨機選取該院收治的60例大隱靜脈曲張患者，隨機將其分為治療組和對照組，各為30例，治療組：男性16例，女性14例，年齡40～75歲，平均（50.5±6.4）歲，對照組：男性15例，女性15例，年齡45～70歲，平均（50.1±5.6）歲，兩組在一般資料上比較差異無統計學意義，P>0.05有可比性。……
