規范化管理對新生兒紅臀護理服務質量的影響

[摘要] 目的 探討和明確規范化管理在新生兒紅臀護理中的應用效果。 方法 方便選擇2014年1月—2015年12月在該院新生兒科就診治療的160例新生兒紅臀患者作為該次研究的研究對象，其中男性患兒84例，女性患兒76例，按照隨機數字的原則將研究對象平均分為對照組及實驗組，每組80例患兒，對照組的研究對象入院以后接受常規的護理管理。實驗組的研究對象在對照組的基礎實施規范化的護理管理措施。統計分析兩組患兒治療效果比較，癥狀消失時間比較以及隨訪4個月紅臀的復發情況比較。 結果 實驗組治療總有效率為95.00%，對照組治療總有效率為72.50%，兩組比較差異具有統計學意義（P<0.05）；無論是Ⅰ度、Ⅱ度及Ⅲ度的患兒，實驗組的癥狀消失期均比對照組時間要短，兩組比較差異具有統計學意義（P<0.05）；經過為期4個月的隨訪，實驗組復發率為10.00%，對照組復發率為27.50%，兩組比較差異具有統計學意義（χ2=8.040，P<0.05）。 結論 規范化的護理措施，能夠有效提高新生兒紅臀的治療效果，縮短住院時間，且能有效預防新生兒紅臀的復發。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect and clear standardized management in nursing care of newborn eczema. Methods January 2014 to December 2015 new pediatric clinic in our hospital in the treatment of 160 cases of neonatal diaper dermatitis were selected as the research object of this study， including 84 cases of male patients， female children with 76 cases， in accordance with the principle of random numbers will study subjects are divided into experimental group and control group， each of 80 cases of children，Control group of the research object after admission to accept routine nursing management. The research object of the experimental group in the control group based on the implementation of standardized nursing management measures. Comparison of statistical analysis in the therapeutic effect of two groups， compared the recurrence of symptoms disappeared time and followed up for 4 months to red buttock. Results In experimental group， the total effective rate was 95.00%， control group total effective rate was 72.50%， two groups of difference has statistical significance （P < 0.05）； whether I degree， Ⅱ degree and Ⅲ degree of children. In the experimental group， the symptoms will disappear all shorter than in the control group， the difference between the two groups with statistical significance （P < 0.05）； after a period of 4 months of follow-up， the experimental group recurrence rate was 10.00%. In the control group， the recurrence rate was 27.5%. The differences between the two groups was statistically significant （χ2=8.040， P < 0.05）. Conclusion Standardized nursing measures can effectively improve therapeutic effect of neonatal red buttock， shorten hospitalization time， and effective in the prevention of neonatal diaper dermatitis recurrence.

新生兒在出生初期，皮膚非常稚嫩，因此極其容易出現皮膚性損傷疾病即為通常說的新生兒紅臀，此時如果處置不當則會誘發患兒的局部或者全身皮膚感染，繼而出現感染性疾病，增加患兒的住院費用及患兒家庭的經濟負擔[1-4]。臨床實踐表明，只要采取合理的規范化的管理措施，就能有效的預防減少及加速新生兒紅臀的康復[5]。……
