優質護理干預對慢性腎功能衰竭患者治療的影響

[摘要] 目的 探討優質護理干預對慢性腎衰竭患者治療的影響效果。方法 整群選取該院2015年1月—2016年6月收治的168例慢性腎功能衰竭患者，將其隨機分為優質組和常規組，優質組采用優質護理干預進行護理，常規組采用常規護理措施進行護理，對比兩組患者的護理效果以及對治療的影響。結果 優質組護理依從度95.24%，常規組護理依從度為83.33%，優質組護理后SAS量表評分為（37.62±2.08）分，SDS量表評分（32.61±2.16）分，常規組護理后SAS量表評分為（65.03±8.46）分，SDS量表評分（53.25±8.27）分，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。 結論 慢性腎功能衰竭患者通過優質護理干預，有效提高了治療依從度，改善了治療效果，值得臨床推廣。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing intervention on the treatment of chronic renal failure patients. Methods Group selection from January 2015 to June 2016， 168 cases of chronic renal failure patients， which were randomly divided into high quality group and normal group， high-quality group of high quality nursing intervention in nursing， the conventional group received routine nursing care， the nursing effect of the two groups were compared and the influence of treatment. Results The high quality nursing group compliance 95.24%， routine nursing group compliance was 83.33%， high quality SAS group after nursing score（37.62±2.08）points， SDS score（32.61±2.16）points， conventional group SAS score （65.03±8.46）points， SDS score （53.25±8.27）points， significant difference was statistically significant （P < 0.05）. Conclusion The patients with chronic renal failure through high quality nursing intervention， effectively improve the treatment compliance， improve the treatment effect， it is worthy of clinical promotion.

腎功能衰竭屬于腎實質損傷，經常由于患者患有多種慢性疾病產生。患者在患病后，臨床癥狀主要表現為酸堿失衡、代謝物潴留等問題，使患者的多個器官受累。在治療過程中患者除承受身體的痛苦外，還需要承受巨大的精神壓力，導致患者出現不同程度的心理問題，直接影響到患者對治療的依從性[1]。采用優質護理干預，能夠在常規護理的基礎上，有效改善患者的心理狀態，提高患者治療的依從性，已經成為慢性腎功能衰竭患者的主要護理措施[2-3]。該文對整群選取2015年1月—2016年6月該院收治的168例慢性腎功能衰竭患者的臨床護理資料進行對比，現報道如下。

1 資料與方法
