細節(jié)管理在消毒供應(yīng)護理管理中的重要作用

[摘要] 目的 研究在消毒供應(yīng)科實施細節(jié)護理管理措施的應(yīng)用效果。方法 該院消毒供應(yīng)科室于2014年2月—2015年2月間實施常規(guī)科室護理管理措施（第一年度），于2015年3月—2016年3月間實施細節(jié)護理管理措施（第二年度），同時選取上述時間段內(nèi)科室工作人員30名，比較兩年度科室護理管理內(nèi)容評價與滿意度。 結(jié)果 第二年度風險識別、安全措施、各項操作流程、問題總結(jié)與改進評分分別為（91.50±2.13）分、（92.41±2.06）分、（93.41±2.11）分、（92.40±2.10）分，均高于第一年度（71.56±1.40）分、（72.68±1.56）分、（73.45±1.49）分、（75.51±1.28）分，P<0.05。第一年度科室工作人員主訴滿意度為76.67%，第二年度滿意度為93.33%，P<0.05。結(jié)論 對于消毒供應(yīng)科室實施細節(jié)管理措施，大部分護理人員對于管理內(nèi)容評價較高且滿意度較高。

[Abstract] Objective To study the disinfection purchasing department implementation details and application effect of nursing management measures. Methods Our hospital sterilization supply department from February 2014 to February 2015 between the conventional nursing department management measures （first year）， in March 2015 to March 2016 （second year） implementation details of nursing management measures， at the same time to select the time period department staff 30 cases， comparing two annual department nursing management content evaluation and satisfaction. Results The second annual risk identification， safety measures， the operation process， summarize the problems and improvement score respectively （91.50±2.13）points，（92.41±2.06）points， （93.41±2.11）points， （92.40±2.10） points， were higher than in the first year （71.56±1.40）points，（72.68±1.56）points， （73.45±1.49）points， （75.51±1.28）points， P < 0.05. The first annual department staff complained of satisfaction was 76.67%， the second annual satisfaction was 93.33%， P < 0.05. Conclusion The disinfection and supply department implementation details management measures for， most of the nursing staff to manage content is higher and higher satisfaction evaluation.

消毒供應(yīng)室是醫(yī)院為各個部門與科室提供無菌醫(yī)療器械的重要部門，此科室護理質(zhì)量優(yōu)質(zhì)程度直接影響到醫(yī)院醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生水平、可間接引起院內(nèi)感染出現(xiàn)，而影響此科室護理質(zhì)量的主要因素為科室工作人員工作配合情況、護理人員專業(yè)技術(shù)水平、各項消毒技術(shù)的操作標準流程及儀器設(shè)備性能作用等[1-2]。在消毒供應(yīng)科室做好細節(jié)管理工作是杜絕醫(yī)院感染事件出現(xiàn)的重要過程，保障科室護理質(zhì)量與醫(yī)療安全。該研究2014年2月—2016年3月在該院消毒供應(yīng)科實施細節(jié)護理管理措施的應(yīng)用效果，現(xiàn)報道如下。

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料

該消毒供應(yīng)科室于2014年2月—2016年3月間實施傳統(tǒng)護理管理與細節(jié)護理管理措施，同時選取上述時間段內(nèi)科室在職工作人員30名，包括男性4名、女性26名，年齡平均為（38.5±4.6）歲。……
