補陽還五湯配合針刺治療中風病恢復期的規范化研究

[摘要] 目的 研究補陽還五湯配合針刺治療中風病恢復期的規范化。 方法 方便選取長春中醫藥大學附屬醫院中風病恢復期患者100例，收取時間為2015年2月—2016年5月，中風病恢復期患者采用補陽還五湯配合針刺治療，觀察中風病恢復期患者治療前后的語言功能評分、肢體功能評分、口舌功能評分、神智評分以及治療后的臨床總有效率。 結果 中風病恢復期患者治療后語言功能評分（85.23±3.67）分、肢體功能評分（70.99±3.67）分、口舌功能評分（80.34±2.16）分顯著高于治療前（P<0.05），中風病恢復期患者治愈的有23例、好轉的有62例、未愈的有15例，總有效率為85.00%。結論 補陽還五湯配合針刺治療中風病恢復期具有良好的效果，值得在臨床中進一步推廣與應用。

[Abstract] Objective To study the Buyanghuanwu decoction combined with five standardized acupuncture treatment for stroke recovery.Methods Convenient selection 100 cases of patients from Changchun University of Chinese Medicine Affiliater Hospital with stroke recovery period，charging time is the period from February 2015 to May 2016，convalescent stroke patients with Buyanghuanwu decoction combined with acupuncture treatment of five，observation of stroke recovery clinical language function before and after treatment in patients with stage score，limb function score，tongue function sanity score，score and the total effective rate after treatment.Results The recovery of language function in the treatment of patients with post stroke score（85.23±3.67）points ，limb function score（70.99±3.67）points，breath function score（80.34±2.16）points was significantly higher than that before treatment（P<0.05）， convalescent stroke patients cured 23 cases，improved in 62 cases no，there are 15 cases，the total effective rate was 85%.Conclusion Buyanghuanwu decoction combined with acupuncture treatment of stroke recovery with good results worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.

中風是臨床上常見且多發的疾病，為危害患者身體健康的主要疾病，具有致殘率、病死率、發病率較高等特點，目前降低致殘率、病死率為主要目的[1-2]。因此，方便選取該院2015年2月—2016年5月期間收治的100例中風病恢復期患者實施補陽還五湯配合針刺治療，現報道如下。

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料

方便選取該院中風病恢復期患者100例，采用《中醫內科常見病診療指南·中醫病癥部分》為主要診斷依據，100例患者經頭部MRI或者頭部CT檢查后確診為中風病，處于恢復期，所有患者屬于氣虛血瘀證型，中風病診斷標準為；肢體軟弱、半身不遂、舌歪語謇、偏身麻木、面色淡白、手足腫脹、心悸自汗、氣短乏力等。……
