淺談翻譯專業(yè)教員的必備能力

【摘要】為主動(dòng)適應(yīng)現(xiàn)今經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)高速發(fā)展的需要，各大高校在翻譯專業(yè)教育項(xiàng)目上的投入比重不斷增大，各大高校之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)愈發(fā)激烈，而競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的重點(diǎn)就在于翻譯專業(yè)教育教員的執(zhí)教能力。本文從現(xiàn)今翻譯專業(yè)教育各大高校激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)局面入手，借鑒國(guó)際翻譯專業(yè)教育的特點(diǎn)及其成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)，重點(diǎn)分析國(guó)內(nèi)高校翻譯專業(yè)教員的執(zhí)教特色并提出了翻譯專業(yè)教員必備的五項(xiàng)能力：翻譯實(shí)戰(zhàn)能力，人際交流能力，組織能力，指導(dǎo)能力以及評(píng)估能力。目的在于明確翻譯專業(yè)教員必備的能力，促進(jìn)翻譯教育的專業(yè)化發(fā)展，促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展。

【Abstract】To adapt to the needs of todays rapid economic and social development， major universities investment on professional translation education program has been increasing， so is the competition among them and the key to win this competition is the professional translation teachers competences. This paper starts from the analysis on the competition among major universities， draw lessons from international experiences， focuses on domestic way of translation teaching and brings up the five necessary competences： Translation and interpreting competence， Interpersonal skills， Organizational capability， Coaching capability and Assessment competence， aiming to identify the professional translation teachers competences， promote translation education and socail development.

翻譯碩士注重實(shí)踐，如果具有復(fù)合專業(yè)背景，在遇到相關(guān)行業(yè)翻譯時(shí)就具備外語(yǔ)專業(yè)學(xué)生無(wú)法比擬的優(yōu)越性。但是翻譯工作絕不是簡(jiǎn)單的語(yǔ)言轉(zhuǎn)換，它更加注重各個(gè)領(lǐng)域翻譯的專業(yè)性。這就給復(fù)合專業(yè)背景的譯員提供了很好的平臺(tái)，同時(shí)也對(duì)高校翻譯專業(yè)教員帶來(lái)了極大的教學(xué)考驗(yàn)，他們不僅要施以理論教學(xué)，更要將其帶入真槍實(shí)彈的實(shí)戰(zhàn)領(lǐng)域，要以培養(yǎng)出“即戰(zhàn)力一流”的翻譯人才。

眾所周知，在培養(yǎng)翻譯專業(yè)人才方面，歐美國(guó)家比我國(guó)起步早，實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)多，針對(duì)性強(qiáng)。多次中外翻譯界交流會(huì)也正是為學(xué)習(xí)國(guó)外翻譯碩士培養(yǎng)方案和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)。國(guó)外方面，各大高校以及研究所在應(yīng)用型翻譯人才培養(yǎng)體系方面經(jīng)過(guò)幾十年的實(shí)踐與研究已經(jīng)比較成熟，其師資力量配備，實(shí)習(xí)方式與課程設(shè)置方面很值得我們學(xué)習(xí)借鑒，本文主要討論翻譯專業(yè)碩士師資力量配備的問(wèn)題。……
