陰道微生態(tài)狀況對女性性生活質(zhì)量的影響分析

【摘要】目的：研究女性陰道微生態(tài)狀況對女性性生活質(zhì)量的影響。方法：選取2012年4月至2015年4月于我院婦科門診或體檢中心進行檢查的156例女性作為受試對象，根據(jù)陰道微生態(tài)相關(guān)檢測后，將受試對象分為陰道微生態(tài)狀況正常組和異常組。所有受試對象采用中國女性性生活質(zhì)量問卷調(diào)查和女性性功能指數(shù)（FASI）評價性功能。統(tǒng)計分析陰道微生態(tài)狀況異常組和正常組受試對象在性生活質(zhì)量及性功能上的區(qū)別。 結(jié)果：經(jīng)過檢測，156例樣本中，54例為陰道微生態(tài)狀況正常，102例陰道微生態(tài)狀況異常，其中異常的主要原因為乳酸桿菌未檢出，及H2O2濃度低于臨界值。中國女性性生活質(zhì)量問卷調(diào)查的結(jié)果表明，陰道微生態(tài)正常組顯著優(yōu)于異常組；FSFI的結(jié)果也表明陰道微生態(tài)正常組在性功能各項指標上顯著優(yōu)于異常組。結(jié)論：乳酸桿菌檢測陰性和H2O2濃度低是陰道微生態(tài)異常的主要原因，陰道微生態(tài)狀況與女性性生活質(zhì)量顯著相關(guān)，其原因可能與陰道微生態(tài)狀況對性功能的影響相關(guān)。

【Abstract】Objectives： To study the effect of female vaginal microflora status on the quality of female sexual life. Methods： 156 women examined in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2015 were selected and according to the vaginal microflora correlation detection， were divided into normal vaginal microflora status group and abnormal group. The sexual function of all subjects was evaluated using Chinese quality of female sexual life questionnaire and the Female Sexual Function Index （FASI）. Differences in quality of sexual life and sexual function between the two groups were surveyed. Results： Of the 156 samples， there were 54 cases of normal vaginal microflora status and 102 cases of abnormal vaginal microflora status， which was mainly due to abnormal lactobacilli not detected， and the concentration of H2O2 below the critical value. According to the Chinese quality of female sexual life questionnaire， the result of normal vaginal microflora group was significantly better than the abnormal group； FSFI results also showed that the normal vaginal microflora group was significantly better than the abnormal group on sexual function indexes. Conclusion： Negative lactobacillus detection result and low concentrations of H2O2 are the main reasons of abnormal vaginal microflora status， and the vaginal microflora status is significantly related with the quality of female sexual life， which may be related to its effect on sexual function.

生殖器感染是婦科臨床最常見的疾病，由于發(fā)病率高，傳染風(fēng)險大，在臨床上受到高度的重視[1]。現(xiàn)有的研究已經(jīng)證實，陰道中存在著有需氧菌群和厭氧菌群組成的陰道菌群，同陰道局部解剖結(jié)構(gòu)、局部免疫狀態(tài)和微生物菌群共同構(gòu)成陰道微生態(tài)穩(wěn)態(tài)。隨著微生物培養(yǎng)和鑒別技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)現(xiàn)，現(xiàn)已在健康婦女陰道中發(fā)現(xiàn)陰道中包含各種細菌、原蟲、支原體和真菌等，以厭氧型居多[2]。……
