在校大學生性教育現狀調研與對策

【摘要】目的：探討大學生性健康教育現狀調研與對策。方法：采用自編在校大學生性健康教育調查問卷，隨機抽樣調查貴州某師范高校300名在校大學生進行問卷。結果：貴州某師范高校大學生對性健康知識關注很少、一無所知的人數共占75.7%。結論：加強在校大學生性健康知識宣傳及教育。

【Abstract】Objectives： To explore the current situation and countermeasures of sexual health education for college students. Methods： A survey among 300 college students in a normal university with self-designed questionnaires was conducted by stratified sampling. Results： 75.7% of college students paid very little or no attention to sexual health knowledge. Conclusion： Sexual health education should be strengthened for college students.

隨著科技的進步與發展，尤其是網絡的普及，在校大學生受到國內乃至國際性信息的沖擊，導致性觀念的思想較開放。另外在校大學生結婚禁令的解除，大學生的兩性性健康問題、性心理、性道德與法律的問題也越來越多。伴隨而來的是大學生的性觀念的開放思想與自身的社會閱歷尚淺形成的一種矛盾也越來越危險[1-9]，尤其是對師范類大學生性健康教育顯得更加重要：不但關系到自身的身心健康、戀愛關系、性與優生、婚姻與家庭等問題的正確處理，而且對師范生將來的教師崗位能否勝任輔導他們學生的青春期健康教育有著直接的關系，為此性教育已被聯合國教科文組織納入中國職前教師教育試點項目，項目要求師范類的學生必須修學合格大學生性健康教育這門課程才能獲得教師資格證資格[10-15]。

大學生正值性器官、性生理迅速發育較成熟，而性的身心需求與性心理未完全成熟的矛盾時期。因此需要對在校大學生進行處理好兩性之間的身體性健康問題，性心理、性道德與法律等性健康知識指導教育。……
