高中生性與生殖健康相關知識、態度和行為分析

【摘要】目的：了解高中生的性與生殖健康知識、態度和行為，為今后開展性教育提供參考。方法：采用分層整群抽樣方法選擇杭州市某區兩所高中，對高一年級學生進行問卷調查。結果：共調查608名高一學生，他（她）們對性生理知識的掌握較好，但對性心理知識的了解較少（只有27.30%的學生正確知道青春期的心理變化）。對中學生戀愛保持“中立”態度的對象占59.00%。多因素Logistic回歸分析顯示：男生戀愛過的比例高于女生（OR=1.92，95%CI：1.20～3.07）；母親文化程度為大專的學生戀愛的比例較高，（OR=4.34，95%CI：1.35～13.92）。結論：學校應加強對學生健康性心理知識的教育，還應該關注男生戀愛現象，及時疏導。

【Abstract】Objectives： To understand the knowledge， attitude and behavior of sexual and reproductive health among high school students so as to provide base information for the future education. Methods： Stratified cluster sampling method was used in this study. Two high schools in Hangzhou were selected. Results： A total of 608 high school students participated in the investigation. They had a good grasp of the knowledge of sexual physiology， but little knowledge of sex psychology （only 27.30% of the students correctly knew the psychological changes in adolescence）. 59% of middle school students maintained a neutral attitude to romantic relationship. Logistic regression analysis showed that the ratio of male students who were once in romantic relationship was higher than that of female students （OR=1.92， 95%CI： 1.20～3.07）， and the ratio of those students whose mother had a junior college degree was high （OR=4.34， 95%CI： 1.35～13.92）. Conclusion： Schools should strengthen the education of students health psychological knowledge， but also should pay more attention to the phenomenon of male students love， and provide the timely guidance to the students.

近年來，隨著社會經濟的發展，青少年產生了日益嚴重的性與生殖健康問題，各種中學生早孕流產、遭受性侵害的事件層出不窮。究其原因，多數學校所涉及的性教育， 主要強調了性道德方面， 而在培養青少年學生應對性生理成熟及其一系列可能發生的性行為的能力方面則難以滿足需求[1]。因此，對青少年開展系統的性與生殖健康教育已然刻不容緩。本研究旨在主要調查杭州市高中學生的性與生殖健康相關知識、態度和行為，并加以分析，為將來制定和實施有針對性的性與生殖健康教育提供一定的參考依據。

1調查對象與方法

1.1研究對象

采用多階段整群抽樣方法，選取杭州市某區的兩所高中，在每個學校的高一年級抽取6個班級，將班級所有的學生作為調查對象。……
