天津市大中專在校學生性行為特征及影響因素

【摘要】目的：了解天津市大中專學生性行為特征及影響因素。方法：采用2010年至2014年天津市青年學生艾滋病監測哨點數據，對青年學生發生性行為的比例及影響因素進行統計分析。結果 2010年至2014年共調查8120名大中專在校學生，其中475人（5.8%）自述發生過性行為，第一次發生性行為的平均年齡為（18.35±1.76）歲，最小12歲；男生、大專和中專、年齡增長均是影響性行為發生的因素；第一次性行為安全套使用比例低（45.10%）。結論：青年學生性行為比例高，安全套使用率低，大專和中專學生和男生是應關注的重點，應該加強青年學生安全性行為教育。

【Abstract】Objectives： To understand the characteristics and influencing factors of sexual behavior of students in Tianjin. Methods： Using the data of Youth Students AIDS Sentinel Surveillance in Tianjin from 2010 to 2014， the proportion of young students sexual behavior and the influence factors were analyzed statistically. Results： A total of 8120 students from 2010-2014 were surveyed， 475 of them （5.8%） reported having sex. The average age of having first sexual behavior was （18.35 ±1.755） years old， a minimum of 12 years old. Male， college or technical secondary school and age were factors influencing the first sexual behavior. Condom using rate at their first sex behavior was low （45.1%）. Conclusion： The high proportion of young students sexual behavior and low condom using rate is the characteristics. Male junior college and technical secondary school students should be given more attention to strengthen the safety education of young students.

青年學生作為艾滋病防治的目標人群越來越受到重視，國家衛計委公布的《關于建立疫情通報制度進一步加強學校艾滋病防控工作的通知》[1]中提到“學校，特別是高等院校艾滋病防控工作出現了新問題”，“一些地方學生艾滋病疫情上升較快”，“學生自我保護意識不強”。為了解我市青年學生性行為特征，評估青年學生感染HIV的風險，探索青年學生防治艾滋病的措施，收集2010年至2014年青年學生哨點數據，對本市3所大中專院校8120名學生性行為特征及影響因素進行分析。

1對象與方法

2010年至2014年天津市三個青年學生哨點監測調查的8120名在校學生。

收集2010年至2014年我市三個青年學生哨點調查問卷結果，哨點抽樣方法方案按照《全國艾滋病哨點監測實施方案操作手冊（2011）》[2]執行，收集信息包括：（1）調查對象人口學特征，如性別、戶籍地、民族和學校等；……
