【摘要】目的:分析β-HCG比值聯合子宮內膜厚度預測早期不明位置妊娠者異位妊娠的臨床價值。方法:采取回顧性的方法,在2013年1月至2014年1月,搜集我院妊娠者異位妊娠患者的臨床資料200例。并且隨機分配為實驗組(100例)與對照組(100例)。對上述200例患者實施電話隨訪的調查方法,觀察患者的β-HCG的數值變化、異位妊娠的結果以及子宮內膜厚度。結果:β-HCG比值聯合子宮內膜厚度預測靈敏度以及特異度分別為89.6%、95.1%;子宮內膜厚度預測靈敏度以及特異度分別為65.2%、56.9%。結論:β-HCG比值聯合子宮內膜厚度預測不明位置妊娠者異位妊娠的臨床價值比較高。

【Abstract】Objectives: To analyze the clinical value of β-HCG ratio combined with endometrial thickness predict in early unknown location ectopic pregnancy. Methods: A retrospective approach was used to analyze the data of 200 cases of ectopic pregnancy in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014. They were randomly divided into experimental group (100 cases) and control group (100 cases). Telephone follow-up was done among the 200 patients to collect information of β-HCG changes, ectopic pregnancy results and endometrial thickness. Results: Sensitivity and specificity of β-HCG ratio combined with endometrial thickness prediction were 89.6% and 95.1%; sensitivity and specificity of endometrial thickness prediction were 65.2% and 56.9%. Conclusion: β-HCG ratio combined with endometrial thickness prediction has high clinical value in early unknown location ectopic pregnancy.

現階段,人們對于自我的意識不斷加強,所以經產婦在停經之后通常會快速尋醫問診,這些經產婦中,筆者常常碰到其妊娠結果為陽性但卻沒有孕囊的患者,上述情況可以被判斷為不明位置妊娠者異位妊娠[1-4]。根據筆者多年的臨床經驗來看,發生不明位置妊娠者的概率大概在7.8%~32.5%,不明位置妊娠者異位妊娠的概率大概在7.8%~43.5%。因此,醫護人員應該根據自己的專業水平及早辨認出發生不明位置妊娠者中的異位妊娠情況,從而能夠提高異位妊娠的正確診斷概率,避免一些錯誤的結果出現,挽救異位妊娠患者的生命安全,提高其生活質量[5,6]。因此,本文的主要研究方向便是β-HCG比值聯合子宮內膜厚度預測早期不明位置妊娠者異位妊娠。……
