C反應(yīng)蛋白(CRP)是最早發(fā)現(xiàn)并突出的一種急性時(shí)相蛋白,它是一個(gè)敏感卻非特異性的炎癥和組織損傷標(biāo)記物.CRP濃度的增高可見(jiàn)于感染、組織損傷、心肌梗死、糖尿病以及一系列其它急慢性炎癥性疾病.CRP濃度在各種惡性腫瘤患者血清中均有著不同水平的升高,血清CRP濃度的變化對(duì)腫瘤的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估,診斷、進(jìn)展及預(yù)后判斷均具有十分重要的意義.CRP測(cè)定能為臨床提供更多的實(shí)用信息,進(jìn)而為癌癥患者制定出更為完善的診治策略,以提高其生存率及生存質(zhì)量.

0 引言

1930年Tillett和Francis首次在大葉性肺炎患者的血液中發(fā)現(xiàn)了一種能與肺炎雙球菌細(xì)胞壁上的C?多糖發(fā)生特異性沉淀反應(yīng)的物質(zhì),即C反應(yīng)蛋白(C?reactive protein,CRP)[1].CRP是體內(nèi)系統(tǒng)性炎癥最廣泛使用的一個(gè)指標(biāo),它的編碼基因位于1號(hào)染色體的q21?q23區(qū),由兩個(gè)外顯子和一個(gè)內(nèi)含子組成,編碼206個(gè)氨基酸殘基[2].CRP主要由白介素?6(interleukin?6,IL?6)誘導(dǎo)肝細(xì)胞產(chǎn)生,其它促炎癥細(xì)胞因子,如腫瘤壞死因子?α(tumor necrosis factor?α,TNF?α),白介素?1(interleukin?1,IL?1),和白介素?11(interleukin?11,IL?11)也可以引起肝臟CRP的表達(dá).此外,各種其他類(lèi)型的細(xì)胞,如外周血單核細(xì)胞,枯否細(xì)胞,血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞,肺巨噬細(xì)胞和上呼吸道上皮細(xì)胞也可少量合成CRP.臨床上CRP濃度的升高可見(jiàn)于:組織損傷、感染、動(dòng)脈高血壓及粥樣硬化,糖尿病,肥胖和惡性腫瘤以及一系列其它急慢性炎癥性疾病.德國(guó)病理學(xué)家Rudolf Virchow首次提出慢性炎癥在癌癥起源中扮演了關(guān)鍵角色,之后大量研究證據(jù)表明癌癥和炎癥之間確實(shí)存在關(guān)聯(lián),癌癥相關(guān)性炎癥很可能是癌癥的第七大標(biāo)志[3].惡性腫瘤患者血清中CRP濃度有著不同水平的升高,CRP濃度的增高可能會(huì)增加癌癥風(fēng)險(xiǎn),CRP濃度的變化對(duì)不同惡性腫瘤的診斷,進(jìn)展?fàn)顩r、治療及預(yù)后判斷均具有十分重要的意義.CRP的檢測(cè)既簡(jiǎn)單又方便,對(duì)于惡性腫瘤患者特別是臨床缺乏特異性腫瘤標(biāo)志物的患者,其將是一個(gè)潛在的篩查指標(biāo).本文概述了C反應(yīng)蛋白的基本結(jié)構(gòu)和主要功能,將CRP與呼吸系統(tǒng),消化系統(tǒng)及泌尿生殖系統(tǒng)惡性腫瘤關(guān)系的研究進(jìn)行了綜述,并對(duì)CRP在惡性腫瘤臨床診治中的應(yīng)用提出展望.

1 CRP的結(jié)構(gòu)與功能

正五聚蛋白家族成員CRP屬于鈣依耐性配體結(jié)合血漿蛋白,分子量為110kDa,由5個(gè)相同的非糖基化多肽亞基以非共價(jià)鍵結(jié)合組成[4].其亞基的一側(cè)含膽堿磷酸和鈣的結(jié)合部位,另一側(cè)則含Clq、FcRⅠ和FcRⅡ的結(jié)合部位.CRP通常以五聚物的形式存在于血漿中,在組織和炎癥發(fā)生部位它則常以單體形式存在.無(wú)論是在健康或疾病狀態(tài)下,CRP的血漿半衰期都是恒定的,約為19 h,因此,血循環(huán)CRP濃度的唯一決定因素是它的合成率.CRP的正常合成率是1~10 mg/d.當(dāng)存在感染,炎癥或組織損傷時(shí),它的肝臟合成迅速增加,其血清濃度在6 h內(nèi)急劇升高,3650 h左右達(dá)到高峰,峰值可達(dá)正常值的1000倍,待病情改善時(shí)逐漸下降,恢復(fù)正常[5].CRP可能是診斷急性和慢性炎癥疾病的一個(gè)重要生物標(biāo)志物.健康人體血清CRP的含量非常低,但發(fā)生細(xì)菌感染,風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎、克羅恩氏病和系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡時(shí),人體血清CRP濃度顯著增高,動(dòng)脈高血壓、動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化、糖尿病、肥胖和炎性腸道疾病患者血清CRP水平也有增加[6].CRP的主要生物學(xué)功能是在Ca2+存在下與各種病原體(細(xì)菌、真菌、寄生蟲(chóng))細(xì)胞壁磷酸膽堿結(jié)合,還可與壞死的內(nèi)源性物質(zhì)和衰老的細(xì)胞結(jié)合,激活補(bǔ)體和單核吞噬細(xì)胞系統(tǒng),進(jìn)而發(fā)揮宿主對(duì)感染的防御反應(yīng)、對(duì)炎癥反應(yīng)的吞噬和調(diào)節(jié)作用及其在自身免疫病方面的調(diào)節(jié)作用.

2 CRP與呼吸系統(tǒng)惡性腫瘤

肺部腫瘤患者血清CRP含量高于健康人,肺癌患者血清 CRP濃度則明顯高于肺部良性腫瘤患者[7].又有學(xué)者[8]提出,肺部腫瘤的良惡性與血清CRP水平無(wú)明顯的相關(guān)性.血清CRP濃度監(jiān)測(cè)對(duì)肺部腫瘤良惡性的鑒別存在爭(zhēng)議,CRP能否對(duì)呼吸系統(tǒng)腫瘤的良惡性進(jìn)行判斷仍需進(jìn)一步研究.CRP水平可區(qū)分肺癌的病理分型,肺鱗癌患者血清CRP濃度明顯高于非鱗癌患者.Jones等[9]在研究CRP水平與非小細(xì)胞肺癌(non?small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)的相關(guān)性時(shí),發(fā)現(xiàn)CRP與鱗癌的相關(guān)性顯著大于腺癌.這可能是由于肺鱗癌大多為中央型病變,易變性壞死,出現(xiàn)阻塞性肺炎.CRP水平與鼻咽癌的診斷,分期及預(yù)后均顯著相關(guān).鼻咽癌早期患者血清中高敏C反應(yīng)蛋白濃度明顯升高,鼻咽癌分期越晚,CRP測(cè)定值越高[10].Tang等[11]探討了高敏 C反應(yīng)蛋白與非轉(zhuǎn)移性鼻咽癌患者適形調(diào)強(qiáng)放療(intensity modulated radiation therapy,IMRT)預(yù)后的關(guān)系,其評(píng)估了1589例非轉(zhuǎn)移性鼻咽癌患者接受治療前血清高敏C反應(yīng)蛋白水平與接受治療后鼻咽癌患者總生存率(overall survival,OS),無(wú)進(jìn)展生存率(progres?sion?free survival,PFS),無(wú)局部復(fù)發(fā)生存率(local recurrence?free survival,LRFS),無(wú)遠(yuǎn)處轉(zhuǎn)移生存率(distant metastasis?free survival,DMFS)之間的關(guān)聯(lián),得出血清高敏 C反應(yīng)蛋白水平與患者 OS,PFS, DMFS均顯著相關(guān),血清高敏C反應(yīng)蛋白水平的升高對(duì)TNM分期起著互補(bǔ)作用,同時(shí)它對(duì)臨床不良預(yù)后也起到了提示作用.與之報(bào)道相一致的,Xia等[12-13]還發(fā)現(xiàn)CRP濃度基線水平和動(dòng)態(tài)變化是轉(zhuǎn)移性鼻咽癌患者行姑息化療預(yù)后的預(yù)測(cè)因子,相較于CRP基線水平<3.4 mg/L的患者,CRP基線水平≥3.4 mg/L的患者預(yù)后顯著較差.

CRP水平與肺癌的進(jìn)展及預(yù)后呈正相關(guān),CRP可作為肺癌預(yù)后的一個(gè)獨(dú)立預(yù)測(cè)因子.Kasprzyk等[14]發(fā)現(xiàn)T3和T4及N1和N2狀態(tài)的NSCLC患者血清CRP濃度顯著升高,CRP濃度水平既是腫瘤的分期因素,也可作為手術(shù)治療后癌癥復(fù)發(fā)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估的指標(biāo)。Lee等[15]對(duì)NSCLC患者行切除治療術(shù)前血清CRP水平與臨床病理參數(shù)的相關(guān)性進(jìn)行了分析,結(jié)果表明淋巴管浸潤(rùn),腫瘤大小均與術(shù)前血清CRP水平有關(guān),CRP濃度水平可作為NSCLC患者的預(yù)后因子,也可作為血清CRP濃度升高患者術(shù)后預(yù)后不良的解釋依據(jù).Srimuninnimit等[16]指出CRP水平下降大于50%是判斷晚期局部或轉(zhuǎn)移性非小細(xì)胞肺癌患者對(duì)化療敏感性簡(jiǎn)單而有效的方法.Shao等[17]研究分析了112例復(fù)合性小細(xì)胞肺癌患者治療前血清CRP濃度與臨床病理參數(shù)的關(guān)系,發(fā)現(xiàn)治療前血清CRP水平高的患者分期較差,同時(shí)其血清神經(jīng)元特異性烯醇酶(neuron?specific enolase,NSE)濃度也有升高,治療前高濃度血清CRP提示較差的遠(yuǎn)期預(yù)后,CRP可被納入預(yù)測(cè)指標(biāo)來(lái)監(jiān)測(cè)復(fù)合性小細(xì)胞肺癌患者的預(yù)后.Hong等[18]對(duì)小細(xì)胞肺癌的相關(guān)研究也得出了類(lèi)似結(jié)論,血清CRP高濃度水平也是小細(xì)胞肺癌患者預(yù)后不良的一個(gè)獨(dú)立指標(biāo).

3 CRP與消化系統(tǒng)惡性腫瘤

血清CRP聯(lián)合其它指標(biāo)的測(cè)定可協(xié)助診斷消化系統(tǒng)惡性腫瘤并預(yù)測(cè)腫瘤風(fēng)險(xiǎn).聯(lián)合檢測(cè)血清高敏C反應(yīng)蛋白濃度和干擾素α/β受體(臨界值分別為0.5 mg/L和3.6 μg/L)是胃腸道癌,肝癌,膽管癌和胰腺癌診斷的可靠參數(shù)[19].CRP濃度聯(lián)合鱗狀細(xì)胞癌抗原水平的升高是口腔鱗狀上皮細(xì)胞癌和咽喉癌危險(xiǎn)分層的潛在重要標(biāo)志,兩者水平的升高同細(xì)胞的高代謝率及強(qiáng)增殖活性顯著相關(guān)[20-21].Liu等[22]將156例乙肝肝硬化未接受治療的患者分為肝癌肝硬化組與非肝癌肝硬化組,比較分析了兩組間CRP濃度及肝臟硬度值的差異,發(fā)現(xiàn)肝癌肝硬化組CRP濃度與肝臟硬度值顯著高于非肝癌肝硬化組,而CRP濃度與肝臟硬度值在AFP陽(yáng)性與陰性患者之間沒(méi)有顯著差異,血清CRP和肝臟硬度值的聯(lián)合檢測(cè)可補(bǔ)充AFP對(duì)乙型肝炎病毒相關(guān)肝癌的診斷,提高AFP陰性肝癌患者的診斷率并協(xié)助區(qū)分肝癌和肝硬化.

CRP水平可作為消化道惡性腫瘤進(jìn)展的判斷指標(biāo),也可作為消化道惡性腫瘤預(yù)后的一項(xiàng)獨(dú)立預(yù)測(cè)因子.一項(xiàng)回顧性臨床研究[23]表明口腔鱗狀細(xì)胞癌患者術(shù)前血清CRP濃度水平與其晚期分期,骨骼侵犯、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移,淋巴結(jié)囊外擴(kuò)散和存活率顯著相關(guān),CRP是口腔鱗狀細(xì)胞癌預(yù)后判斷的潛在指標(biāo).Liu等[24]對(duì)516例行肝癌切除術(shù)患者血清高敏C反應(yīng)蛋白的濃度進(jìn)行研究,結(jié)果表明,高敏C反應(yīng)蛋白濃度水平與腫瘤大小,肝功能Child?Pugh分級(jí)、腫瘤分期呈正相關(guān),術(shù)前血清高敏C反應(yīng)蛋白濃度水平是肝癌切除患者預(yù)后的一個(gè)獨(dú)立指標(biāo).Nozoe等[25]對(duì)127例結(jié)腸癌患者進(jìn)行了研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)術(shù)前血清CRP水平增高者術(shù)后肝轉(zhuǎn)移,癌性腹膜炎、淋巴結(jié)增大、以及血管內(nèi)入侵發(fā)生率越大[26].血清超敏C反應(yīng)蛋白高水平(≥13.1 mg/L)與結(jié)腸癌晚期患者無(wú)疾病進(jìn)展生存期中值及總生存期降低有關(guān),超敏C反應(yīng)蛋白是轉(zhuǎn)移性結(jié)腸癌患者的預(yù)后指標(biāo).胃癌患者術(shù)前血清CRP水平升高,且CRP水平的上升與腫瘤進(jìn)展和臨床分期一致,CRP水平可作為胃癌患者預(yù)后預(yù)測(cè)的獨(dú)立指標(biāo)[27-29],在食管癌,胰腺癌和膽管癌中也能得出同樣的結(jié)論[30-33].

大量文獻(xiàn)提示CRP濃度可獨(dú)立預(yù)測(cè)惡性腫瘤的預(yù)后,但CRP聯(lián)合其它指標(biāo)的測(cè)定似乎也可成為消化道惡性腫瘤預(yù)后的優(yōu)良預(yù)測(cè)指標(biāo).有研究[34]表明,術(shù)前CRP/白蛋白值≥0.025是胃癌患者行根治性切除術(shù)的獨(dú)立預(yù)后指標(biāo).CRP/白蛋白值≥0.037同肝癌進(jìn)展和肝臟儲(chǔ)備功能下降密切相關(guān),可作為肝癌預(yù)后的一項(xiàng)獨(dú)立預(yù)測(cè)指標(biāo)[35].術(shù)前CRP/白蛋白值≥0.0271與結(jié)腸癌患者術(shù)后預(yù)后不良相關(guān),相較于改良的格拉斯哥預(yù)后評(píng)分系統(tǒng),CRP/白蛋白值對(duì)結(jié)腸癌患者術(shù)后生存期的預(yù)測(cè)效果可能更佳[36].CRP/白蛋白值>0.03是胰腺癌患者行切除術(shù)預(yù)后不良的一個(gè)獨(dú)立指標(biāo)[37].CRP濃度水平同中性粒細(xì)胞/淋巴細(xì)胞值也可作為胰腺癌的預(yù)后指標(biāo)[38-39],但能否將它們納入臨床決策還需要加入更大的樣本量做進(jìn)一步的研究.

4 CRP與泌尿生殖系統(tǒng)惡性腫瘤

一項(xiàng)關(guān)于C反應(yīng)蛋白對(duì)泌尿系統(tǒng)腫瘤患者預(yù)后價(jià)值評(píng)估的meta分析(共納入7490例患者,腎癌研究25項(xiàng),膀胱癌研究10項(xiàng),前列腺癌研究8項(xiàng))表明,血清CRP水平升高與患者總生存期和無(wú)復(fù)發(fā)生存期的下降均顯著相關(guān),C反應(yīng)蛋白高水平表達(dá)作為炎癥生物標(biāo)志提示了患者的不良預(yù)后[40].另一項(xiàng)有關(guān)CRP對(duì)腎細(xì)胞癌預(yù)后價(jià)值評(píng)估的meta分析(納入4100例腎細(xì)胞癌患者,共24項(xiàng)研究)表明,腎細(xì)胞癌患者血清CRP水平的升高與癌癥高分期及分級(jí)相關(guān),與病理分型無(wú)關(guān),同時(shí)與患者總體生存率及癌癥特異性生存率的下降也顯著相關(guān);局部腎細(xì)胞癌患者血清CRP水平升高與癌癥特異性生存率和無(wú)進(jìn)展生存率的下降顯著相關(guān);對(duì)于轉(zhuǎn)移性腎細(xì)胞癌患者,血清CRP高水平則與總體存活率和癌癥特異性生存率的下降密切相關(guān)[41].Polterauer等[42]對(duì)215例宮頸癌患者治療前的血清C反應(yīng)蛋白水平進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)宮頸癌患者平均血清CRP濃度為0.5 mg/dL,CRP濃度水平與腫瘤分期,淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移和患者年齡顯著相關(guān),但與組織學(xué)分級(jí),病理分型無(wú)關(guān),血清CRP水平可作為宮頸癌的預(yù)后指標(biāo).血清超敏C反應(yīng)蛋白水平與子宮內(nèi)膜癌的晚期分期,淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移和發(fā)病年齡密切相關(guān),血清超敏C反應(yīng)蛋白可以作為子宮內(nèi)膜癌患者的預(yù)后參數(shù)[43].

對(duì)于乳腺腫瘤,血清高敏C反應(yīng)蛋白水平可區(qū)分其良惡性,乳腺癌患者血清高敏C反應(yīng)蛋白水平顯著升高[44].C反應(yīng)蛋白與乳腺癌的相關(guān)綜述表明,CRP可作為乳腺癌風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)測(cè)的指標(biāo),但其效用在臨床實(shí)踐中仍存在爭(zhēng)議,同時(shí),CRP也可作為乳腺癌患者接受化療后心臟毒性風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的預(yù)測(cè)指標(biāo)[45].CRP與卵巢癌的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)測(cè),病情進(jìn)展及預(yù)后判斷也密切相關(guān).CRP水平對(duì)卵巢癌風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的預(yù)測(cè)似乎受組織學(xué)分型的約束.Ose等[46]發(fā)現(xiàn)女性血清CRP>10mg/L者比血清CRP濃度<1 mg/L者上皮性卵巢癌(不區(qū)分組織學(xué)亞型)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)顯著增高.Trabert等[47]則報(bào)道血清CRP>9.8 mg/L僅與漿液性腫瘤風(fēng)險(xiǎn)相關(guān),與非漿液性腫瘤風(fēng)險(xiǎn)無(wú)關(guān).血清CRP水平升高與卵巢癌不良預(yù)后相關(guān),它對(duì)卵巢癌患者生存預(yù)測(cè)具有重要意義.Lu等[48]報(bào)道上皮性卵巢癌患者血清CRP濃度與CA125濃度呈正相關(guān),血清CRP水平>8 mg/L的上皮性卵巢癌患者5年生存率較CRP<8 mg/L者顯著降低,CRP水平與FIGO(國(guó)際婦產(chǎn)科聯(lián)盟)病理分期,淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移和腹腔積液顯著相關(guān).術(shù)前血清CRP高水平聯(lián)合血清高濃度IL?6,IL?8是判斷上皮性卵巢癌患者不良預(yù)后的有效指標(biāo)[49].

5 討論及展望

除上述腫瘤外,CRP與散發(fā)在其它系統(tǒng)的腫瘤如白血病,多發(fā)性骨髓瘤、骨肉瘤、胸腺瘤、黑色素瘤,腦轉(zhuǎn)移瘤的預(yù)后也密切相關(guān)[50-58].癌癥和炎癥之間存在著一個(gè)惡性循環(huán)和復(fù)雜的相互作用[59].慢性炎癥和癌變之間存在雙向聯(lián)系:腫瘤起源和發(fā)展于一個(gè)類(lèi)似于慢性炎癥的腫瘤微環(huán)境中,微環(huán)境的誘導(dǎo)作用可促使腫瘤的發(fā)生和發(fā)展,腫瘤細(xì)胞則通過(guò)釋放促炎介質(zhì)上調(diào)炎癥通路,因此腫瘤與持續(xù)性炎癥狀態(tài)密切相關(guān).血清中CRP主要在肝細(xì)胞中合成,受IL?6,IL?1,和TNF調(diào)節(jié),腫瘤微環(huán)境中存在的促炎癥因子及腫瘤壞死因子是引起惡性腫瘤患者血清CRP濃度增高的原因之一[60-61].CRP也可通過(guò)促進(jìn)慢性炎癥刺激引發(fā)細(xì)胞過(guò)度增殖和隨后的DNA損傷[62].惡性腫瘤患者血清CRP水平的升高很有可能是由腫瘤壞死,局部組織損傷以及和腫瘤相關(guān)的炎癥引起的,但具體的調(diào)控機(jī)制還需進(jìn)一步研究證明.CRP水平升高與所有癌癥風(fēng)險(xiǎn)增加之間存在聯(lián)系,盡管存在爭(zhēng)議,但CRP水平升高已明確可增加肺癌的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),也可能會(huì)增加乳腺癌,前列腺癌及結(jié)腸直腸癌的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)[63-64].這一結(jié)論支持了公認(rèn)的慢性炎癥參與癌癥形成的觀點(diǎn),CRP作為一個(gè)炎癥標(biāo)記物,它是否具有直接的致癌作用仍需進(jìn)一步研究.有學(xué)者[53]在細(xì)胞實(shí)驗(yàn)和動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)中均證實(shí)CRP不但能促進(jìn)骨髓瘤細(xì)胞的增殖,還可以增強(qiáng)IL?6的表達(dá)阻止化療對(duì)骨髓瘤細(xì)胞凋亡的影響.遺傳流行病學(xué)研究(孟德?tīng)栯S機(jī)化研究)檢查了基因多態(tài)性對(duì)血清CRP水平的影響與癌癥風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的關(guān)系,結(jié)果表明,CRP水平升高與癌癥風(fēng)險(xiǎn)增加之間不存在因果關(guān)系[65-68].但這并不能否定CRP水平升高對(duì)某些癌癥風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)的應(yīng)用價(jià)值,也不能排除參與早期炎癥過(guò)程的蛋白質(zhì)與癌癥形成之間可能存在的因果關(guān)系及其可作為癌癥藥物預(yù)防靶點(diǎn)的潛力.

血清CRP濃度水平對(duì)腫瘤進(jìn)展及預(yù)后判斷具有重要意義,CRP測(cè)定以及CRP聯(lián)合其它指標(biāo)的測(cè)定可以納入目前腫瘤分期法對(duì)癌癥分期進(jìn)行判斷,并指導(dǎo)臨床對(duì)癌癥患者制定出更完善的治療策略.但在不同類(lèi)型的惡性腫瘤中,血清CRP作為風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估指標(biāo),分期及預(yù)后因子,還未能得出它們明確的閾值去作為統(tǒng)一的判斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn).作為一個(gè)非特異性蛋白,CRP具有多種功能,其檢測(cè)方便且簡(jiǎn)單,對(duì)于惡性腫瘤患者尤其是缺乏特異性腫瘤標(biāo)志物的患者,進(jìn)一步研究惡性腫瘤與血清CRP水平的變化關(guān)系并確定閾值,將其應(yīng)用到臨床將會(huì)顯著提高惡性腫瘤患者的生存率,改善其生存質(zhì)量.

C?reactive protein(CRP),a kind of earliest discov?ered and most prominent acute phase protein,which is a sensitive but nonspecific marker of inflammation and tissue damage.Elevated serum CRP levels can be found in patients with infection,tissue injury,myocardial infarction,diabetes,and a range of other acute and chronic inflammatory diseases.The concentration of serum CRP in patients with different types of malignant cancer presents different levels rise.The changed level of serum CRP is of great significance in risk assessment,diagnosis,progression and prog?nosis of cancer.CRP measurement can provide more useful infor?mation for clinic,so as to provide better diagnosis strategies and improve survival and quality of life in cancer patients.
