新型宮內節育器（安舒環）的臨床效果探析

【摘要】 目的：探討臨床應用新型宮內節育器（安舒環）的效果。方法：本次選取200例育齡期置宮內節育器婦女，均為筆者所在醫院2014年1月-2015年1月收治，隨機分組，對照組（n=100）采用MCu宮內節育器放置，觀察組（n=100）采用新型宮內節育器（安舒環）放置，放置后進行為期12個月的隨訪，觀察兩組臨床效果。結果：觀察組不良反應率為6%，優于對照組的35%，比較差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）；觀察組總終止率為5%，優于對照組的32%，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論：新型安舒環與女性子宮內的形態相適應，脫落率較低，方便取放，操作較為簡單，值得臨床推廣。

【Abstract】 Objective：To discuss the clinical application on the effect of new type intrauterine device（medicated-γ intrauterine device）.Method：200 women with intrauterine device at child-bearing period were selected in this study.All of them were admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015，they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group（n=100） was placed with MCu intrauterine device，and the observation group（n=100） was placed with new type intrauterine device（medicated-γ intrauterine device） with 12-month-follow-up visit after placement to observe the clinical effect of the two groups.Result：The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 6%，which was better than 35% of the control group，and there was statistical significance between the two groups（P<0.05）.The general termination rate of the observation group was 5%，which was better than 32% of the control group，and there was statistical significance between the two groups（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The new type of medicated-γ intrauterine device is matched with the morphology of the female uterus with low expulsion rate.It is convenient to pick and place with easy operation，so that it is worthy of clinical promotion.

宮內節育器（IUD）是一種作用于女性子宮腔內的避孕裝置，以往臨床中使用的節育器多為環狀，因此節育器也被稱為節育環[1]。節育環對女性其他身體器官的影響程度較小，僅作用于子宮腔局部，放置節育器后如有剩余需求可隨時取出，不影響女性的正常生育，具有安全、有效、價格低廉等諸多優點，成為使用最為普遍的一種節育用具[2]。但是，節育器容易脫落，甚至造成女性月經量過多、腹痛、帶環妊娠等情況而導致需要重新放置。因此，選擇安全有效的節育器，是提高放環成功率，降低術后并發癥的關鍵因素[3]。新型安舒環與女性子宮內的形態相適應，因此脫落率較低，方便取放，操作較為簡單。本次選取200例育齡期置宮內節育器婦女，均為筆者所在醫院2014年1月-2015年1月收治，比較分析MCu IUD與新型宮內節育器（安舒環）的臨床效果，結果報告如下。

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料

選取筆者所在醫院2014年1月-2015年1月收治的200例自愿接受宮內節育器放置的育齡期婦女，年齡21～42歲，平均（28.5±2.4）歲，本組200例均月經規律，無節育器放置禁忌證，婦科常規檢查無異常。……
