鹵米松乳膏結(jié)合包封處理治療神經(jīng)性皮炎和慢性濕疹的效果分析

【摘要】 目的：探討鹵米松乳膏結(jié)合包封處理治療神經(jīng)性皮炎與慢性濕疹的效果。方法：將100例神經(jīng)性皮炎與慢性濕疹患者按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字法分為兩組，每組50例，對照組以常規(guī)鹵米松乳膏治療，而研究組除了予以鹵米松乳膏治療外還實(shí)施包封處理。觀察記錄兩組患者臨床效果、藥物起效時(shí)間，以及不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況，并對比分析。結(jié)果：研究組總有效率為92.00%，顯著高于對照組的80.00%，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；研究組藥物起效時(shí)間早于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；兩組間不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P>0.05），但研究組稍低。結(jié)論：鹵米松乳膏治療結(jié)合包封處理治療神經(jīng)性皮炎與慢性濕疹有良好效果，起效快，安全性高，值得借鑒。

Effect Analysis of Halometasone Cream and Encapsulation Process Treatment on Neurodermatitis and Chronic Eczema/TONG Shuang-li.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2017，15（2）：26-28

【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the effects of Halometasone cream and encapsulated process treatment on neurodermatitis and chronic eczema.Method：100 patients with neurodermatitis and chronic eczema were randomly divided into two groups according to the law，50 cases in each group，the control group with conventional Halometasone Cream treatment， and study groups with Halometasone Cream and encapsulated process treatment.The clinical effects of two groups，the onset time of the drug，and adverse events were observed and recorded.Result：The total effective rate of study group was 92.00%，significantly higher than that of control group（80.00%）（P<0.05）；drug onset time of the study group was significantly shorter than the control group（P<0.05）；incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups showed no significant difference（P>0.05），but the study group was lower.Conclusion：Halometasone Cream and encapsulation process treatment for the neurodermatitis and chronic eczema has good effect，rapid onset，high security，it is worth learning.

神經(jīng)性皮炎與慢性濕疹屬于臨床常見慢性皮膚病，因反復(fù)發(fā)作與病程較長，臨床治療難度大，預(yù)后效果不佳[1]。從已有研究來看，外用糖皮質(zhì)激素屬于目前治療本病比較有效的藥物，但是中、弱效糖皮質(zhì)激素反復(fù)使用后療效會降低，而且長期應(yīng)用存在不良反應(yīng)[2]。鹵米松乳膏屬于強(qiáng)效外用糖皮質(zhì)激素制劑，為了進(jìn)一步探討其治療神經(jīng)性皮炎與慢性濕疹的效果，對筆者所在醫(yī)療所接診的100例患者實(shí)施鹵米松乳膏治療，報(bào)道如下。

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料

選擇筆者所在醫(yī)療所接診的神經(jīng)性皮炎與慢性濕疹患者100例進(jìn)行研究，納入時(shí)間2013年2月-2015年12月。按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字法將其分為兩組，每組50例。對照組：男28例，女22例；年齡14～67歲，平均（42.5±5.9）歲；神經(jīng)性皮炎26例，慢性濕疹24例，病程1個(gè)月～9年，平均（4.6±0.9）年。……
