The Korean peninsula had bridged China and Japan by introducing Zhuism to Japan for a long time in history. In the early period of Edo, Korean envoys carried the books written by Toegye to Japan. In Qingdao’s public hygienic modernization process, the Chinese people did not fully enjoy the benefitsof the system.
