論高校課堂學習紀律管理的策略

摘 要：大學生大部分都是成年人，在課堂上本身就應該有一定的自我約束力，但是通過相關的調查發現很多大學生在課堂上的表現不盡人意，甚至嚴重影響課堂紀律，不僅影響了自己的學習，還影響了他人的聽課質量，造成當今大學生缺乏課堂紀律的原因是多樣的，有來自自身的原因，也有來自外界的因素。文章首先就大學生在課堂上缺乏紀律性的不良表現進行簡單的分析，然后就大學生在課堂上缺乏紀律性的原因進行了細致的剖析，并且針對原因提出了如何促進大學生良好的遵守課堂紀律，保障課堂學習質量。

Abstract： Most college students are adults and so should have a certain self-discipline in the classroom. But through the investigation， it is found that the poor performance of many students in classroom even seriously affects the classroom discipline， and as a result not only affects their learning， but also affects the quality of the others' studies. The causes of today's college students' lack of classroom discipline are various， some are their own reasons， but others are external factors. This paper firstly analyzes the poor performance of university students in the classroom， and then makes a detailed analysis on the reasons for the lack of discipline of the students in the classroom， and finally puts forward the method of promoting college students to comply with classroom discipline so as to ensure the quality of classroom learning.

前言

“無規矩不成方圓”，這句話在很大程度上說明了紀律的重要性，伴隨著社會的發展，國家科學技術水平的不斷提升，未來社會的競爭歸根結底是人才的競爭，所以國家對教育越來越重視，特別是對高校學生的教育，由于高校學生在畢業之后大部分是直接就業的，所以對大學生的培養質量也越來越重視，只有在大學的學習中打下堅實的基礎，才能符合社會發展的需要，才能實現良好的發展成為對社會有用的人。對于在校大學生的管理是非常重要的環節，特別是對大學生課堂學習的管理，只有有效的課堂管理才能保障大學生在課堂上學習的有效性，促進對科學知識的理解，并且形成良好的責任意識和紀律意識。……
