摘要: 結合Minitab軟件,在分布函數線性化的基礎上應用最小二乘估計法將橡膠密封皮碗使用時限數據用不同分布去擬合,在滿足顯著性水平的條件下選取相關系數最大的作為壽命分布模型,并在此基礎上對密封皮碗進行可靠性分析,該方法可為飛機裝備維修過程中皮碗更換時機的確定提供一定的理論依據。
Abstract: Based on distribution function linearization, rubber sealing cup lifetime data is fitted by different distribution with method of LS estimator using Minitab software. Under the level of significance condition, life distribution model is chosen when the correlation is maximum. And on this basis, the reliability of sealing cup is analyzed. This method can provide some theoretical basis for the timing to replace the sealing cup in aircraft equipment maintenance process.
