新形勢下事業(yè)單位財務管理創(chuàng)新研究

【摘 要】當前，我國經濟發(fā)展進入了一個新階段，經濟發(fā)展的主要任務為供給側改革。在這樣的大環(huán)境下，論文對新形勢下事業(yè)單位財務管理的創(chuàng)新進行了研究，首先論述了新形勢下事業(yè)單位財務管理創(chuàng)新的必要性，其次分析了事業(yè)單位財務管理中存在的問題，最后提出了相關的創(chuàng)新策略，以期提高事業(yè)單位的財務管理水平。

【Abstract】At present， China's economic development has entered a new stage， and the main task of economic development is supply side reform. In this environment， the innovation of institutions under the new situation of financial management is studied， paper firstly discusses the necessity of the innovation of financial management institutions under the new situation， then analyzes the existing problems in the financial management of institution， and finally puts forward some innovative strategies to improve the level of financial management in public institutions.

1 引言

在新的時代背景下，事業(yè)單位財務管理工作也發(fā)生了新變化，同時對事業(yè)單位財務管理工作提出了更多的新要求，因此，如何提高新形勢下事業(yè)單位財務管理水平成為相關管理人員關注的重點，基于此，本文對新形勢下事業(yè)單位財務管理創(chuàng)新策略進行了深入分析，希望能夠為事業(yè)單位財務管理工作提供新思路。

2 新形勢下事業(yè)單位財務管理創(chuàng)新的必要性分析

2.1 財務資金管理績效的必然要求

事業(yè)單位在長期的發(fā)展歷程中，財務管理人員通常只是進行會計核算或依照相關財務預算實施具體規(guī)劃進行財務分配，沒有有效發(fā)揮資金管理的作用。新形勢下，事業(yè)單位財務管理的工作職能以及財務管理績效需要進一步提升。例如在融資環(huán)節(jié)，如果財政資金與事業(yè)單位的發(fā)展情況不統一，這時，就需要事業(yè)單位擴寬融資渠道，以滿足事業(yè)單位的發(fā)展需求，并通過對資金的管理，快速提高事業(yè)單位公共服務質量，進而提高資金管理的績效成績。……
