提高人因工程學實驗教學質量的思考

摘 要 在分析人因工程實驗教學存在問題的基礎上，提出提高人因工程實驗教學質量的措施和方法，對實驗教學的內容進行重新組織，將實驗項目分為必選實驗和可選實驗，增加綜合設計環節，強化人因工程的應用；同時嚴格控制實驗教學過程質量，健全實驗考評體系，增加對實驗操作過程和對實驗結果思考的考核。

Abstract On the basis of analyzing the problems existing in the ex-perimental teaching of human factors engineering， the measures and

methods for improving the quality of experimental teaching of hu-

man factors engineering are put forward. The contents of experi-mental teaching were reorganized； the project is divided into man-datory and optional experimental test； and comprehensive design has

been added to strengthen the application of human factors enginee-ring. The quality of experimental teaching is strictly controlled； the quality of the experimental teaching process is strictly controlled， and the experimental evaluation system is well developed. The expe-

rimental operation process and the assessment of the experimental results are increased.

1 前言

人因工程學是工業工程專業的核心課程，其研究對象為“人—機器—環境”組成的系統，通過對作業環境的改善、作業工具的改進以及作業空間的布置，使人在系統中安全、健康、舒適，整個系統高效運轉[1]。隨著現代工業技術的不斷發展，機器設備向著自動化、智能化發展，但對機器設備的設計、操作、監控等工作依然由人來完成。隨著自動化程度的提高，人的因素在工業系統中的作用更加重要，因為人的小小失誤，可能會造成系統極大的誤差或帶來嚴重的后果。

現代人因工程的應用領域逐漸由工業生產擴展至社會經濟體系、體育產業以及家居設計等方面，這些方面都需要人因工程方向的專業人才[2]。人因工程學的課程體系由理論教學、實驗教學兩大部分組成，實驗教學學時數一般為總學時的20%左右，實驗教學的質量對人因工程學課程的教學質量有著重大影響。很多學者對人因工程學實驗教學的體系建設、人因工程學實驗教學的改革與實踐、人因工程實驗室建設等方面進行了深入研究[3-5]，本文在前人研究的基礎上，就如何提高人因工程實驗教學質量進行分析探索。……
