師范院校電子類專業實訓課程校企合開模式研究

摘 要 針對師范類院校培養工科人才存在的問題，以培養應用型創新人才為目的，對師范類院校電子類專業實訓課程構建校企合作模式，探索實施校企合作開發課程、教學改革、師資培訓、課題開發及建設實訓基地。廣西師范大學的實踐表明，該模式取得良好效果。

Studies on Mode of School-enterprise Cooperative Curriculum of Electronic Specialty in Normal Universities： based on Guangxi

Abstract On the basis of analyzing the problems in the training of

engineering talents in normal universities， with the purpose of culti-

vating innovative talents， the mode of cooperation between schools and enterprises in the training courses of electronic specialty in nor-

mal colleges and universities is constructed， school-enterprise coope-

ration and development courses， teaching reform， teacher training， subject development and practical training bases construction are explored. The practice of Guangxi Normal University shows that the

mode has achieved good results.

1 引言

師范類院校培養工科人才，在我國傳統的高等教育教學重理論傳授、輕實踐教學的背景下，問題更為突出[1-2]。我國西部地區師范院校因實踐教學條件的限制及高考招生生源質量等多方原因，培養出來的學生相比純工科學校的電子專業學生，存在動手能力較弱、創新能力低、適應能力差的不足。在大眾創新、萬眾創業的國家戰略背景下，“校企合作，產學研結合”的培養模式，其引領作用顯得越發重要。既能培養出動手能力強、社會急需的應用型創新人才，又能解決師范院校在工科人才培養上存在的不足，同時在實現企業經濟效益和學校社會效益上發揮各自的優勢，達到共贏。

為了順應應用型本科教育改革與發展主題需要，師范類院校與企業合作是企業發展和參與競爭的必然要求，也是我國應用型本科教育改革的重要發展方向，是我國師范類院校應用型本科教育發展的根本出路[3-6]。廣西師范大學所處的桂林市，在七星高新區及信息產業園、創意產業園、臨桂經濟開發區等園區的帶動下，電子信息類企業居多，對電子類人才需求旺盛。……
