高職寵物訓導與表演課程考試與評價創新實踐

摘要 課程考試評價方式是推進教學改革的重要保障。本文以江蘇農牧科技職業學院為例，分析了高職寵物訓導與表演課程考試評價過程中存在的問題，并開展了本課程考試與評價方式的創新實踐。

Abstract The course examination and evaluation method is an important guarantee to promote the teaching reform.In this paper，taking Jiangsu agri-animal husbandry vocational college as an example，the problems existing in the examination and evaluation of pet discipline and performance course in vocational colleges were analyzed，and innovative practices of the examination and evaluation methods of the course were carried out.

高職課程考試與評價作為教學過程中的重要環節，應根據不同課程的需要，采用靈活多樣的考試方法和評價方式，建立知識、技能、素質一體化的考核評價機制是深化高職課程考試評價改革的方向，也是深化教學改革的有效途徑。寵物訓導與表演課程作為江蘇農牧科技職業學院寵物養護與馴導專業的核心課程，著重培養學生在寵物訓導等崗位相關業務活動中應用所學知識技能的能力，但目前課程的考試評價方式與教學內容方法相比還存在一些不足和弊端，為此在2015級學生中開展了本課程的考試評價創新研究。

1 傳統考試評價存在的問題

1.1 對學生職業素質評價缺失

多年來，本課程借助于60%的過程形成性考核和40%的期末卷面考試的形式，能較好地完成對學生知識和技能目標的培養，但是在學生高尚的職業道德、過硬的心理素質、良好的團隊協作和交流溝通能力、主動學習和創新等職業素質方面的培養成效不顯著。直觀體現在學生頂崗實習甚至是走向寵物訓導崗位后，用人單位在以上方面的反饋不是很理想?！?br>
