尼美舒利膠囊聯合鹽酸氟桂利嗪膠囊治療偏頭痛的臨床效果研究

【摘要】 目的 探討尼美舒利膠囊聯合鹽酸氟桂利嗪膠囊治療偏頭痛的臨床效果。方法 80例偏頭痛患者， 隨機分為試驗組和對照組， 每組40例。對照組采取鹽酸氟桂利嗪膠囊治療， 試驗組在對照組的基礎上使用尼美舒利膠囊進行治療。比較兩組患者的睡眠質量和疼痛程度。結果 兩組患者治療后匹茲堡睡眠質量指數量表（PSQI）評分、視覺模擬評分法（VAS）評分均低于本組治療前， 差異均具有統計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后試驗組PSQI評分、VAS評分分別為（10.3±2.1）、（3.57±0.23）分， 均低于對照組的（14.8±2.6）、（5.22±0.42）分， 差異均具有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 采用尼美舒利膠囊聯合鹽酸氟桂利嗪膠囊治療偏頭痛比單純應用鹽酸氟桂利嗪膠囊效果優越， 值得在臨床推廣。

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical effect of nimesulide capsules combined with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules in the treatment of migraine. Methods A total of 80 migraine patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group， with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules， and the experimental group was treated with nimesulide capsules on the basis of the control group. Comparison were made on sleep quality and pain degree in two groups. Results Both groups had lower Pittsburgh sleep quality index （PSQI） score， visual analogue scale （VAS） score after treatment than before treatment， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. After treatment， the experimental group had lower PSQI and VAS score as （10.3±2.1） and （3.57±0.23） points than （14.8±2.6） and （5.22±

0.42） points in the control group， and their difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion Combination of nimesulide capsules and flunarizine hydrochloride capsules shows better effect than flunarizine hydrochloride capsules only in treating migraine， and it is worthy of clinical promotion.

偏頭痛是臨床上常見的神經系統疾病， 其可單側發作或者雙側發作， 發作時頭痛劇烈， 偏頭痛主要的病因是顱內動脈收縮導致腦組織局部血流量減少， 引發視覺和感覺異常， 從而引起頭痛[1]。該病有嚴重的性別趨勢， 女性較為多見， 并且與遺傳有關。主要的臨床表現為反復發作和搏動性頭痛， 當受到聲、光等因素刺激時癥狀就會加重， 當處于安靜環境或者休息時得到緩解， 嚴重患者可能會出現四肢麻木、視力下降等癥狀， 嚴重患者可以影響的生活和學習， 有些患者隨著病情的加重， 可以產生焦慮、抑郁等不良心理， 給患者身心帶來巨大影響[2]。目前臨床上對于偏頭痛的治療主要以緩解或消除發作時出現的疼痛為主， 提高患者的生活質量。常規藥物對偏頭痛緩解作用， 但是停藥后反復發作， 并且用藥安全性還需要進一步證實。作者從2016年起對偏頭痛患者采取尼美舒利膠囊和鹽酸氟桂利嗪膠囊聯合治療， 效果顯著， 現報告如下。……
