社區(qū)計劃免疫中常見不良反應的原因及護理對策

【摘要】 目的 通過對本鎮(zhèn)兒童計劃免疫接種疫苗進行針對性護理， 探討護理干預對社區(qū)計劃免疫后不良反應的影響。方法 選取接受疫苗接種的兒童1200名， 隨機分為觀察組和對照組， 每組

600名。對照組兒童行常規(guī)疫苗接種， 觀察組兒童在常規(guī)接種的同時給予針對性預防接種護理干預， 比較分析兩組兒童接種后不良反應發(fā)生情況及不良反應程度分布情況。結果 觀察組兒童接種后不良反應發(fā)生率為3.50%， 明顯低于對照組的13.83%， 差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。觀察組兒童不良反應程度分布情況優(yōu)于對照組， 差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 針對性預防接種護理能夠減少不良反應發(fā)生率， 減輕不良反應發(fā)生的程度， 適用于社區(qū)計劃免疫的工作中。

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effect of nursing intervention on adverse reactions in community planning immunization. Methods A total of 1200 vaccinated children were randomly divided into observation group and control group， with 600 cases in each group. The control group received routine vaccine inoculation， and the observation group received targeted vaccination and nursing intervention on the basis of routine vaccine inoculation. Comparison and analysis were made on occurrence of adverse reactions and distribution of adverse reaction degree between two groups. Results The observation group had obviously lower incidence of adverse reactions as 3.50% than 13.83% in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The observation group had better distribution of adverse reactions degree than the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion Targeted vaccination can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and reduce the degree of adverse reactions. It is suitable for the work of community planned immunization.

計劃免疫是在對某些傳染病進行疫情檢測， 了解其發(fā)生和傳播規(guī)律后， 針對該病的特點制定出的有計劃的免疫接種程序[1-3]。本研究旨在探討針對性預防接種護理干預對疫苗接種后不良反應的影響， 現(xiàn)將本鎮(zhèn)4個接種點2014年9月～

2015年9月的1200名需注射疫苗的兒童隨機分組后分別進行研究， 觀察預防接種護理的效果， 調查結果如下。

1 資料與方法

1. 1 一般資料 隨機抽取本鎮(zhèn)4個接種點2014年9月～

2015年9月需要進行疫苗注射的兒童1200名， 均無傳染病感染史。通過隨機列表法將兒童分為觀察組和對照組， 每組600名。所有兒童身體健康無疾病， 均非過敏體質， 凝血功能正常， 無癲癇驚厥史， 無疫苗注射禁忌證等。兩組一般資料比較差異無統(tǒng)計學意義（P>0.05）， 具有可比性。見表1。
