基于ARCS動機模型的高校民族傳統體育教學研究

摘 要 ARCS動機模型被廣泛應用于激發大學生的學習動機，將其用于民族傳統體育文化的教學設計，提出課內外一體化的高校民族傳統體育文化傳承路徑：渲染民族傳統體育文化氛圍，引起學生的注意；利用民族傳統體育的節日價值和文化魅力，提升大學生的民族文化認同感；建設公共課、公體課、專題教育講座、示范公開課，以及融入其他如思想政治教育、人文素養課等多種形式的民族傳統體育課程體系；運用多樣化的教學方法、豐富的內容、合理的階段目標、多元考核方式等，激發和維持學生的學習動機。讓民族傳統體育文化在學生心中扎根發芽。

use of diverse teaching methods， rich content， reasonable stage goals and multi-level assessment methods. Let the national traditional sports culture take root in the students minds.

1 前言

“你永遠無法叫醒一個裝睡的人，除非那個裝睡的人決定自己醒來。”[1]在民族傳統體育文化傳承過程中，如果不能真正讓民族文化在青少年學生中“扎根”，不能讓他們主動去了解和參與傳統體育運動，那么他們對于民族傳統文化的了解只如蜻蜓點水，淺嘗輒止。而學生參加或退出體育鍛煉取決于其內部動機，如果他們的內部動機不被激活，那么他們在以后的生活中會極少有繼續參加活動的可能性[2]。因此，如何激發學生對于民族傳統體育文化的興趣，促使其參與民族傳統體育項目，維持參與并真正愛上傳統體育項目，成為高校民族傳統體育文化傳承的重要研究課題。
