摘 要:目的 通過(guò)調(diào)查醫(yī)務(wù)人員職業(yè)倦怠現(xiàn)狀,探討積極心理品質(zhì)毅力與職業(yè)倦怠的關(guān)系。方法 采用一般情況問(wèn)卷、職業(yè)倦怠調(diào)查問(wèn)卷(MBI-HSS)及簡(jiǎn)式毅力量表(SGS)對(duì)南昌市某三甲綜合醫(yī)院400名在職醫(yī)務(wù)人員進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果 醫(yī)務(wù)人員的職業(yè)倦怠總分為(64.94±16.12)分,處于中度倦怠水平;醫(yī)務(wù)人員簡(jiǎn)式毅力量表測(cè)定的分值為(3.88±0.42)分;相關(guān)分析顯示毅力水平得分不僅與職業(yè)倦怠總評(píng)分存在負(fù)相關(guān) (r=-0.38),而且與情感衰竭(r=-0.23)、去人性化(r=-0.40)及低個(gè)人成就感(r=-0.40)這3個(gè)分量表均存在顯著的負(fù)相關(guān)。結(jié)論 高毅力水平對(duì)職業(yè)倦怠具有保護(hù)作用。

Analysis of the Correlation between Medical Staff's Job Burnout and Perseverance

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between positive psychological quality perseverance and job burnout by investigating the present situation of occupational burnout of medical staff.Methods The general situation questionnaire,Job burnout questionnaire(MBI-HSS) and Simple perseverance scale(SGS) were used to investigate 400 medical staff in a top three general hospital in Nanchang.Results The total score of job burnout of medical staff was (64.94±16.12), which was in the level of moderate burnout, and the score of simple perseverance scale was (3.88±0.42).Correlation analysis showed that the score of perseverance level was not only negatively correlated with the total score of job burnout(r=-0.38),but also significantly negatively correlated with the three subscales of emotional exhaustion (r=-0.23), dehumanization (r=-0.40) and low personal accomplishment (r=-0.40).Conclusion High level of perseverance has protective effect on job burnout.

職業(yè)倦怠(job burnout)是一種與工作情境有關(guān)的心理綜合征,主要表現(xiàn)為情感衰竭、去人性化和低個(gè)人成就感[1],多見(jiàn)于需要連續(xù)、緊張地與他人互動(dòng)的行業(yè)中的人們。醫(yī)務(wù)人員是職業(yè)倦怠的高發(fā)人群[2],約52.4%的醫(yī)務(wù)人員會(huì)產(chǎn)生職業(yè)倦怠,且其中14.33%處于高度倦怠狀態(tài)[3],不僅對(duì)醫(yī)務(wù)人員的自身健康產(chǎn)生不良影響,同時(shí)也會(huì)給醫(yī)療質(zhì)量安全帶來(lái)隱患,成為影響醫(yī)患關(guān)系的重要原因[4]。目前,國(guó)內(nèi)關(guān)于醫(yī)務(wù)人員職業(yè)倦怠的研究多集中在誘發(fā)因素上,如夜班、醫(yī)患矛盾、晉升壓力等。探索一些積極的心理品質(zhì)對(duì)醫(yī)務(wù)人員職業(yè)倦怠的影響的研究極少。毅力(grit)是一種重要的心理品質(zhì),是對(duì)長(zhǎng)期目標(biāo)的激情與堅(jiān)持[5]。有國(guó)外研究顯示毅力與責(zé)任心、自我控制、及心理任性存在相關(guān)性,在挑戰(zhàn)情境中對(duì)于成功具有好的預(yù)測(cè)力[6-8]。……
