病案復印管理中存在的問題及改進措施

摘要：隨著社會醫療保障體系的不斷完善，病案成為患者向城鎮醫保、商業保險等單位提供資料的重要依據，也是重要的法律依據。現就醫院住院病案復印管理中存在的問題及改進措施進行分析討論。在病案復印過程中存在的患者對病案復印制度不了解、證件攜帶不全、等待復印時間過長等問題，如何落實持續改進服務質量，更好地為官兵和百姓服務成為目前病案管理者思考的問題。

Abstract：With the continuous improvement of the social medical security system， the medical record has become an important basis for patients to provide information to urban medical insurance and commercial insurance，and is also an important legal basis.Now the hospital inpatient medical records copy management problems and improvements in analysis and discussion.In the process of copying medical records，the patients do not understand the medical record copying system，the documents are not complete，and the copying time is too long.How to implement continuous improvement of service quality and better serve the officers and men and the people has become a problem for the medical record managers.

病案（medical record）指按規范記錄患者疾病表現和診療情況的檔案，由醫療機構的病案管理部門按相關規定保存[1]。不僅有紙質的，還有電子文檔、醫學影像檢查膠片、病理切片等保存形式。病案是醫療、教學、科研的基礎資料，也是醫學科學的原始檔案材料[2]。近年來，隨著醫院病案數量日趨增多，病案的應用范圍也在逐年上漲，以及患者法律意識的增強，社會醫療保險、農合保險、商業保險和司法機構所需資料的完善。但是，就目前來看，醫院的病案復印管理中存在著一些不足之處，導致病案的復印服務質量不高，患者投訴現象的發生[3]，如何在病案復印工作中利用法律手段，真正做到讓患者滿意，提供高效的病案復印工作，將是我們病案管理者探討的問題。

1病案復印工作中存在的問題

1.1對醫院病案復印需提供的相關證件不了解，對復印流程、復印范圍不明確
