摘要:伴隨社會(huì)的進(jìn)步和經(jīng)濟(jì)的提升,建筑業(yè)的發(fā)展有目共睹,大量新技術(shù)新材料應(yīng)用于建筑工程中并取得了顯著效果。在應(yīng)用中為減少結(jié)構(gòu)承載拉應(yīng)力,一般先將拉應(yīng)力施加到結(jié)構(gòu)受拉區(qū)上,通過對(duì)鋼材抗拉強(qiáng)度的有效應(yīng)用,不但可使整體結(jié)構(gòu)耐久性與剛度得以提升,還能夠使鋼材使用量及結(jié)構(gòu)自重明顯降低。本文淺要分析了預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)要點(diǎn),提供相應(yīng)的施工管理措施,以期對(duì)建筑工程的發(fā)展有所裨益。
Abstract: With the progress of the society and the improvement of the economy, the development of the construction industry is obvious to all. A large number of new technologies and materials are used in construction projects and have achieved remarkable results. In order to reduce the tensile stress of the structure during application, the tensile stress is generally applied to the structural tension zone. Through the effective application of the tensile strength of the steel, not only the durability and rigidity of the overall structure can be improved, but also the steel can be used. The weight and structure of the weight decreased significantly. This article briefly analyzes the technical points of prestressed concrete structures and provides corresponding construction management measures in order to benefit the development of construction projects.

0 引言
為將預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的使用價(jià)值發(fā)揮到極致,有必要掌握相關(guān)專業(yè)知識(shí)及主要使用特征,掌握關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)的施工技術(shù),在實(shí)際施工中進(jìn)一步提升管理水平。
1 技術(shù)要點(diǎn)分析
1.1 配制和澆筑技術(shù)要點(diǎn)
配制施工與澆筑施工均為結(jié)構(gòu)施工環(huán)節(jié)的關(guān)鍵:①施工應(yīng)選擇最佳材料如普通型硅酸鹽水泥。而兩類材料,即火山灰與粉煤灰質(zhì)材料不能應(yīng)用于結(jié)構(gòu)施工。結(jié)構(gòu)中的粗集料可選用碎石材料,碎石粒徑控制在5~25mm為最佳。②在預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)中,水泥的用量應(yīng)當(dāng)?shù)陀?00kg/m3,如果情況比較特殊可以擴(kuò)大用量,但不得高于550kg/m3。③絕不允許在混凝土中摻入氯鹽,如CaCl2和NaCl2等等。④在結(jié)構(gòu)中摻入氯化物過程中,要確保其含量與水泥用量的比例在0.06%之下。一旦高出0.06%應(yīng)當(dāng)采取必要的防銹手段,如增加結(jié)構(gòu)保護(hù)層的厚度,或者增加阻銹劑的含量等。⑤預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土的澆筑環(huán)節(jié),應(yīng)將振搗作業(yè)的控制重點(diǎn)放在預(yù)應(yīng)力筋錨固區(qū),以及鋼筋較密集的區(qū)域。……
