微信信息傳遞應(yīng)用于神經(jīng)外科護(hù)理管理中的價(jià)值研究

[摘要] 目的 探究微信在神經(jīng)外科護(hù)理工作中的臨床價(jià)值。方法 在2013年1月—2014年12月和2015年1月—2016年12月2個(gè)時(shí)間段內(nèi)分別隨機(jī)選取濟(jì)寧醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬醫(yī)院神經(jīng)外科收治的患者150例，命為A組和B組，A組用傳統(tǒng)口頭傳遞信息方式，B組選擇微信傳遞信息方式，分別比較兩組患者對(duì)護(hù)理措施的執(zhí)行率、信息掌握率、工作完成率、不良事件發(fā)生率等。結(jié)果 B組患者在護(hù)理質(zhì)量、重點(diǎn)工作完成度、改進(jìn)措施執(zhí)行、重要信息知曉等方面評(píng)分都明顯高于A組患者，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。并且B組只有2例患者在住院期間出現(xiàn)非計(jì)劃性拔管，而A組患者出現(xiàn)皮炎1例、非計(jì)劃性拔管3例、患者走失2例，兩組患者在不良事件方面對(duì)比也差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 微信信息傳遞方式對(duì)神外護(hù)理工作具有重要的應(yīng)用價(jià)值，值得臨床推廣。

Research on Application Value of Wechat Information Pass in the Nursing Management in the Department of Neurosurgery

[Abstract] Objective To study the application value of wechat information pass in the nursing management in the department of neurosurgery. Methods 150 cases of patients in Department of Neurosurgery Affiliated Jining Medical College January 2013 to December 2014 and January 2015 to December 2016 were randomly selected as the group A and group B， and the group A adopted the traditional oral information pass method， while the group B adopted the wechat information pass method， and the executive rate of nursing measures， mastery rate of information， job completion rate and incidence rate of adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing quality， completion degree of key work， execution of improvement measures and awareness of important information in the group B were obviously higher than those in the group A， and the differences were obvious（P<0.05）， and in the group B， only 2 cases were with unplanned extubation during the hospitalization， and in the group A， there was 1 case with dermatitis， 3 cases with unplanned extubation and 2 missing cases， and the difference in the incidence rate of adverse events was obvious（P<0.05）. Conclusion The application value of wechat information pass method in the nursing work in the department of neurosurgery is very important， and it is worth clinical promotion.

護(hù)理是臨床中的一個(gè)重要崗位，對(duì)醫(yī)療工作的順利進(jìn)行以及服務(wù)質(zhì)量的提升具有重要作用[1]。隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展，臨床護(hù)理管理理念也在不斷變化，管理模式不斷地從傳統(tǒng)口述過渡到信息傳遞，極大地提高了護(hù)理管理的效率，目前微信是應(yīng)用最廣泛的工具，各大行業(yè)均有體現(xiàn)[2]。該研究在2013年1月—2014年12月和2015年1月—2016年12月收治的患者中分別抽取150例患者為例，探究微信在神經(jīng)外科護(hù)理工作中的臨床價(jià)值，現(xiàn)總結(jié)如下。
