醫(yī)院圖書館嵌入循證醫(yī)學為醫(yī)護人員服務

[摘要] 簡述了醫(yī)院圖書館運用循證醫(yī)學實踐的概念及特點，在掌握扎實的專業(yè)知識的基礎上還必須具有一定的醫(yī)學知識和文獻檢索技能，在循證醫(yī)學實踐中開展檢索能力培訓，促進護理學科發(fā)展及為市民免費開展各種健康知識講座都發(fā)揮了積極的作用，確保臨床醫(yī)師結合臨床經驗和最新、最好的證據妥善解決問題。并以優(yōu)質的服務資源在學習型醫(yī)院幫助臨床醫(yī)護人員全面、快速、準確地找到臨床所需的最好證據提供服務。

Library in the Hospital Applying Evidence-based Medicine to Serve the Medical Staff

[Abstract] The paper introduces the concept and features of library in the hospital applying the evidence-based medicine practice， and it must be equipped with the medical knowledge and literature retrieve skills on the basis of solidly mastering the professional knowledge， and it should develop the training of retrieve ability in the evidence-based medical practice， promotes the development of nursing discipline and freely develop various health knowledge lectures for citizens， thus ensuring the clinicians to properly solve the problems according to the clinical experience and the recent and best evidence， and helping the clinical medical staff in the learning-type hospitals to comprehensively， rapidly and accurately find out the best evidence need by the clinic through the excellent service resources.

循證醫(yī)學意為“遵循證據的醫(yī)學”（evidence—based medicine，EBM）。著名臨床流行病學家David Sackett教授將EBM定義為“慎重、準確和明智地應用所能獲得的最好研究依據來確定患者的治療措施”[1]。在循證醫(yī)學時代要求臨床醫(yī)生快速獲得支持決策的最佳證據，那些能用最小努力獲得的患者關心及強有力證據支持的研究結果，并以其指導臨床醫(yī)生采用最適宜的診斷方法、最精確的預后估計、最安全有效的治療方法、最精確的預后估計、最安全有效的治療方法來診治患者，這正是循證臨床實踐的實質所在。在追蹤醫(yī)學前沿、掌握最佳證據的過程中，領會循證臨床實踐的原則，實現(xiàn)對每一位患者的具體病情，正確選擇并精確的應用適當?shù)闹委煼椒ǎ宰钚』尼t(yī)源性損害、最低化的醫(yī)療資源耗費去獲得最大化的病患的效益。所以，循證醫(yī)學是有意識地、明確地、審慎地利用現(xiàn)有最好的研究證據制定關于個體患者的診治方案，實施循證醫(yī)學意味著醫(yī)生要參照最好的研究證據、臨床和患者的意見進行臨床決策。……
