[摘要] 目的 探討醫(yī)院醫(yī)療設(shè)備維修的精細(xì)管理的應(yīng)用分析。方法 選取2013年1月—2017年1月間實(shí)施精細(xì)管理前后醫(yī)療設(shè)備維修103件與設(shè)備維修人員12名,根據(jù)實(shí)施實(shí)施精細(xì)管理前后分為實(shí)施前組57件與實(shí)施后組46件。比較兩組的設(shè)備維修人員技術(shù)培訓(xùn)率、服務(wù)好評率、設(shè)備外修率。 結(jié)果 實(shí)施精細(xì)管理前,設(shè)備維修人員有3名參加技術(shù)培訓(xùn),技術(shù)培訓(xùn)率為25.00%、設(shè)備外修率為85.96%,服務(wù)好評率為40.35%;實(shí)施精細(xì)管理后,設(shè)備維修人員有11名參加技術(shù)培訓(xùn),技術(shù)培訓(xùn)率為91.67%、設(shè)備外修率為45.65%,服務(wù)好評率為95.65%。實(shí)施前后比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。 結(jié)論 在醫(yī)院醫(yī)療設(shè)備維修管理中實(shí)施精細(xì)管理,可以提高設(shè)備維修人員的自身水平,減少設(shè)備外修情況,減少醫(yī)院的損耗,節(jié)約資金,同時提高設(shè)備維修人員的服務(wù)好評情況,值得推廣。

[Abstract] Objective To study the application analysis of refinement management of maintenance of medical equipment in the hospital. Methods 103 pieces of medical maintenance equipment and 12 equipment maintenance staff before and after the refined management from January 2013 to January 2017 were selected and divided into 57 pieces before the implementation of refined management and 46 pieces after the implementation, and the technical training rate of equipment maintenance staff, service praise rate and equipment repair rate were compared between the two groups. Results Before the implementation of refined management, 3 equipment maintenance staff took part in the technical training, and the technical training rate, equipment repair rate and service praise rate were respectively 25.00%, 85.96%, 40.35%, after the implementation of refined management, 11 equipment maintenance staff took part in the technical training, and the technical training rate, equipment repair rate and service praise rate were respectively 91.67%, 45.65%, 95.65%, and the differences before and after the implementation were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of refined management in the management of maintenance of medical equipment in the hospital can improve their own level of equipment maintenance staff and reduce the repair situation and hospital cost, at the same time, it can improve the praise rate of equipment maintenance staff, which is worth promotion.

隨著醫(yī)院的信息化普及,醫(yī)療設(shè)備技術(shù)的不斷提高,醫(yī)院的醫(yī)療設(shè)備不斷增加,設(shè)備故障情況也在不斷增加,同時對設(shè)備維修人員的要求也在不斷提高,如何高效地維修設(shè)備,同時降低費(fèi)用也成為現(xiàn)階段的問題[1-2]。為了探討醫(yī)院醫(yī)療設(shè)備維修的精細(xì)管理的應(yīng)用分析,2013年1月—2017年1月間實(shí)施實(shí)施精細(xì)管理前后該院醫(yī)療設(shè)備維修情況,進(jìn)行分析,現(xiàn)將結(jié)果報道如下。
1 資料與方法
1.1 一般資料
該院實(shí)施精細(xì)管理前后醫(yī)療設(shè)備維修103件與設(shè)備維修人員12名。設(shè)為維修人員情況,年齡(37.28±6.23)歲,全部為男性,學(xué)歷本科以下3名,本科7名,本科以上2名。實(shí)施前,設(shè)備維修57件,類型包括:小型設(shè)備37件、中型設(shè)備17件、大型設(shè)備3件;實(shí)施后,設(shè)備維修46件,類型包括:小型設(shè)備34件、中型設(shè)備10件、大型設(shè)備2件。實(shí)施前后一般情況,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P>0.05)。……p>
