摘 要:在知識經濟時代下,高職高專院校逐漸重視對學生創新創業能力的培養。為了解創新創業教育的培養效果,以泉州市4所高職高專院校學生為調查對象,從學生的基本情況、創業意愿和態度、創業環境、創業能力和實踐等方面進行分析,并提出相應措施。

Research on the Present Situation of College and University Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship
——Taking Higher Vocational Colleges as Example

Abstract: In the era of knowledge based economy, higher vocational colleges gradually attach importance to the cultivation of students' innovative and entrepreneurial ability. In order to understand the training effect of innovation and entrepreneurship education, 4 higher vocational colleges' students in Quanzhou were taken as the investigation objects, the students' basic situation, entrepreneurial intention and attitude, entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial ability and practice were analyzed, and the corresponding measures were put forward.

21世紀是知識經濟時代,在這個大背景下,社會對人才的要求發生了巨大的變化。高等學校歷來是人才培養的搖籃,培養出適應社會發展大趨勢的人才是高等學校面臨的重要任務。創新創業教育,作為一種與知識經濟時代相適應的新的教學模式和理念,始于美國。我國創新創業教育起步較晚,1998年教育部制定的《面向21世紀教育振興行動計劃》首次提出要加強對教師和學生的創業教育,鼓勵他們自主創辦高新技術企業。經過20年的發展,國家高度重視創新創業教育,我國高等院校均不同程度地開展了創新創業教育工作,其中,部分高等院校已完成了系統性的建設,各類創新創業大賽也遍地開花,呈現出空前繁榮局面。但值得一提的是,高職高專院校創新創業教育的影響力與其他本科院校相比明顯處于弱勢。2017年1月,教育部經過評估評選出全國50所創新創業典型經驗高校,其中高職高專院校有7所,占14%。由此可見,高職高專院校由于其教育類型、教育體系及人才培養目標的特殊性,在創新創業教育上較為薄弱。……
