水庫管理碼頭工程施工質(zhì)量管理與控制研究

摘 要：水庫工程是我國水資源綜合利用的重要組成部分，水庫工程施工質(zhì)量管理是項(xiàng)目工程管理的核心，在水庫工程施工過程中必須將質(zhì)量管理作為重中之重。本文根據(jù)現(xiàn)有的研究資料，結(jié)合自身在河口村水庫管理碼頭施工中的一些經(jīng)驗(yàn)，闡述了該水庫管理碼頭工程施工質(zhì)量管理的措施，希望能對其他水庫碼頭工程施工提供一些幫助和啟示。

Control of Reservoir Management Wharf

Abstract： Reservoir engineering is an important part of comprehensive utilization of water resources in China. The quality management of reservoir construction is the core of project management. Based on the existing research materials and some experiences in the construction of the reservoir management wharf in the estuary village， this paper expounded the measures of the quality management of the project construction of the reservoir management wharf， hoping to provide some help and enlightenment to the construction of other reservoir terminals.

水庫是我國水利工程建設(shè)的重要組成部分。在水庫工程建設(shè)過程中，碼頭工程是一個非常重要的組成部分，碼頭工程建設(shè)質(zhì)量會直接影響工程建設(shè)目的的實(shí)現(xiàn)，也會直接影響水庫的使用安全和壽命。因此，在水利工程施工建設(shè)過程中，必須重視并加強(qiáng)施工質(zhì)量管理，保證水庫工程的施工質(zhì)量，這樣才能實(shí)現(xiàn)水庫工程的建設(shè)目的。

1 河口村水庫管理碼頭工程簡介

河口村水庫位于濟(jì)源市克井鎮(zhèn)，距下游五龍口水文站約9km。水庫控制流域面積9 223km2，占沁河流域面積68.2%，占黃河三花間流域面積達(dá)22.2%。設(shè)計防洪標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為500年一遇，校核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為2 000年一遇，最大壩高122.5m，總庫容3.17億m3，是一座以防洪、供水為主，兼顧灌溉、發(fā)電、改善河道基流等綜合利用的大（Ⅱ）型水利樞紐工程。工程位于大壩上游右岸約250m處，碼頭設(shè)計高程為235.00～280.00m，為實(shí)體斜坡道碼頭。坡道寬度為8m，左側(cè)寬度為2m，采用大臺階布置，右側(cè)采用小臺階供行人上下。連接道路為碼頭運(yùn)行管理使用，主要通行小汽車，設(shè)計速度10km/h，國標(biāo)四級，路線長275.1m，道路為單車道，混凝土路面寬3.5m。……
