西藏阿里地區中小型公立醫院醫療設備管理現況分析及管理體系構建

摘 要：隨著我國現代化醫療技術的高速發展，我國醫療設備的質量和數量全面提高。如何全面提升設備使用效率，促使設備管理體系更加符合現代化醫院管理的需求日益成為研究熱點。由于人力資源缺乏，此問題在中小型公立醫院更加突出，本文結合西藏阿里地區七縣公立醫院在醫療設備管理的人員配置、主要醫學裝備和裝置故障和維護及管理中存在的問題，為中小型公立醫院的醫療設備管理體系構建提出建議。

Abstract：With the rapid development of China's modern medical technology， the quality and quantity of medical equipment have been improved. How to comprehensively increase the efficiency of the use of equipment and how to make the equipment management system match the need of modern hospital management has become a research hotspot. Due to the lack of human resources， this problem was more prominent in small and medium-sized public hospitals. This studybased on the problems in the staffing， major medical equipment maintenance and management inhospitals of the Aliareain Tibet. The proposal of this studywas to present recommendations for the construction of the medical equipment management system in these hospitals.

現代醫療技術高速發展，醫療設備對醫療保健服務質量的提升越來越重要。對醫療設備進行科學管理現已成為醫院管理的重要組成部分[1]。醫療設備管理是指對醫療設備在其生命周期內的使用、協調、監管、維護和報廢進行科學的管理，確保安全的前提下最大限度的服務于患者，使其獲得更好的經濟和社會效益[2]。與醫療設備使用相關的危險是一個常見且嚴重的問題，使用設備的方式顯著決定其整體的安全性和有效性，較好的解決管理問題，將對醫院整體臨床效率的質和量起到積極作用[3，4]。有研究發現，我國醫療設備管理仍然落后于國外醫院管理水平[5]，尤其在中小型公立醫院，醫療設備管理不力、設備資源浪費與不足現象更為明顯[6]。我國政策和資金扶持偏遠地區醫療環境的改善始終沒有松懈，如何使投入產出比獲得質的提升是我們中小型醫院管理上需要研究的重點。……
