The appearance and development of artificial intelligence originate in human nature:fear and greed.Artificial intelligence may cause severe crisis of inequality,unemployment and credit,which bring challenges to existing social order and may lose control finally.Therefore,it is necessary to regulate artificial intelligence as soon as possible.Approaches of regulation can be divided into two ways:regulation by technology and regulation by law,and the latter can further divided into legal regulation to artificial intelligence itself and legal regulation to persons who make use of artificial intelligence.The principles of regulation includes principle of legitimate purpose,principle of human good emotion,principle of people’s right to know,principle of transparency,principle of governmentled regulation,principle of classified regulation,principle of full regulation,principle of precaution and principle of international cooperation.It is necessary to make artificial intelligence promotion law to establish principles and bottom lines of artificial intelligence development.It is also necessary to sort out existing laws and add relative contents of artificial intelligence development.

（6）Land Debt and Daily Life of Jiangxi Province in the Middle of Qing Dynasty——Focusing on the Case Files in Qianlong and Jiaqing Period

In the Qing Dynasty,land transaction in Jiangxi is diversified,land ownership is complicated,lending is frequent,and land debt relations are deeply rooted in daily life.When tenant defaults,the lender usually takes land back or sublets.In the contradiction between the lender and tenant,the lender hinders the cultivation and reaps forcibly,and the tenant resists.Jiangxi's mortgage system is more typical.Tenant needs to pay deposit to the lender.The lender can also charge the new tenant transfer fee.If the lender recovers the leased land for self-cultivation,sublease or sale,the renter shall require the lender to return the work due to the investment or surplus labor during the lease,if the lender refuses,then the disputes are inevitable.In the middle of Qing Dynasty,changes of property relationship became daily routine.Because of economic difficulties,people often pawn lands with purposes of obtaining money.When the economy improves,they will redeem the lands.However,due to the lack of redemption,or the pawner breaks his promise,or the pawner and lien holder want to change the price,or the pawner wants to sell lands without recall,then the disputes are inevitable.If food is insufficient due to crop failure,they usually borrow grain and money.And if they can't repay or repay improperly,the disputes are produced.The land debt relationship in Jiangxi in the middle of Qing dynasty is not only full of games and disputes,but also in a state of accommodation and mutual benefit.

（7）On the Functional Mechanism of Subject Consciousness to Craftsman’s Spirit

In order to promote Chinese economy to enter a high quality development era and to cultivate craftsman’s spirit to serve for the Made in China strategy,it is necessary to release the inner motive:subject consciousness.It is also necessary to motivate the activity,initiative and creativity of the staffs.As a self-awareness about status,ability and value,subject consciousness is a consciousness of human beings as the subject in practice and cognition.It is reflected in three factors in economic organizations:staff’s subject status,staff’s initiative and staff’s labor effectiveness.Based on these factors,the functional mechanism of the staff’s subject consciousness to the craftsman’s spirit is reflected in three dimensions:Firstly,establishing the principal status of the staff is the core of generating craftsman’s spirit.Secondly,motivating the staff’s initiative is the value appeal of developing craftsman’s spirit.Thirdly,elevating the labor effectiveness of the staff is the practical aim of carrying forward the craftsman’s spirit.Besides,considering the progressive characteristics of subject consciousness,promotion of the craftsman’s spirit should be conducted gradually and orderly.
