優質護理服務在心臟病患者護理中的應用效果

摘要 目的：探討優質護理服務在心臟病患者護理中的應用效果。方法：收治心臟病患者42例，隨機分為兩組，各21例。對照組按照心內科疾病的常規要求進行護理，觀察組實施優質護理。結果：護理后，觀察組焦慮評分和抑郁評分均低于對照組;觀察組住院時間（10.2±1.3）d，心血管疾病知識認知評分（96.2±3.6）分;對照組分別為（15.3±1.5）d，（8.2±34）分;兩組比較，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論：優質護理服務可以明顯改善心臟病患者的不良心理狀況，縮短住院時間，提高對疾病的認知度，護理效果好。

Abstract Objective：To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing service in the nursing of patients with heart disease.Methods：42 patients with heart disease were selected，they were randomly divided into the two groups with 21 cases in each group，the control group was treated according to the routine requirements of cardiology diseases，and the observation group implementedquality care.Results：After nursing，the anxiety score and depression score of the ohservation group were lower than the controlgroup.The hospitalization time of the ohservation group was（10.2±1.3）d，the cognitive score of cardiovascular disease knowledgewas（96.2±3.6）points，and that of the control group was（ 15.3±1.5）d，（8.2±34）points respectively，there were significant differencesbetween the two groups（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The quality nursing service can significantly improve the adverse psychologicalstatus of patients with heart disease.shorten the length of hospital stay，improve the awareness of the disease.the nursing effect isgood.

心律失常、心肌炎、心力衰竭、心律不齊、冠心病、心肌梗死等是心血管內科的常見病[1]，有的患者病史較長，病情反復發作，影響了臨床治療效果;有的患者發病急，危險性大、死亡率高，在短期內很難得到完全治愈，進而在一定程度上增加了患者的心理負擔。近年來，我們在護理工作方面狠下功夫，開展了優質護理，取得了較好的護理效果，現報告如下。

資料與方法

2017年4月-2018年4月收治心臟病患者42例，隨機分為兩組，各21例。觀察組男12例，女9例;年齡30～76歲，平均（49.5±3.6）歲;疾病類型：心力衰竭2例，風濕性心臟病4例，冠心病5例，高血壓10例。對照組男11例，女10例;年齡31～79歲，平均（49.9±3.7）歲;疾病類型：心力衰竭2例，風濕性心臟病4例，冠心病6例，高血壓9例。

方法：對照組按照心內科疾病的常規要求進行護理。觀察組實施優質護理：①環境護理：病房要保持安靜，溫濕度要適宜，定期使用消毒液對窗臺、地面及患者常接觸部位進行消毒，病室要定時通風，保持空氣新鮮，減少探視時間，減輕對患者的刺激。保持床單干燥、整潔，定期更換，為患者提供溫馨、舒適的就醫環境;②心理護理：患者入院后會出現不同程度的不良心理反應，主要表現為焦慮、恐懼、抑郁、激惹、緊張等[2]。……
