新時(shí)代大學(xué)生黨員黨性培育的路徑探析

摘? 要：十九大以來(lái)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義進(jìn)入了新時(shí)代，新時(shí)代背景下黨有了新的歷史任務(wù)，黨建也步入了關(guān)鍵階段，全面從嚴(yán)治黨向縱深發(fā)展，這就要求黨員同志們黨性修養(yǎng)必須與時(shí)俱進(jìn)。大學(xué)生黨員是黨的新生力量，也是國(guó)家繁榮和民族復(fù)興的儲(chǔ)備人才，大學(xué)生黨員黨性修養(yǎng)的強(qiáng)弱直接影響著黨的建設(shè)的成敗。文章擬從大學(xué)生黨員黨性培育的重要性、存在的問(wèn)題以及路徑分析三個(gè)方面對(duì)當(dāng)前大學(xué)生黨員黨性培育作以簡(jiǎn)單分析，探索出一條適合新時(shí)代大學(xué)生黨員的黨性培育的有效途徑。

Abstract： Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era since the Nineteenth National Congress. Under the background of the new era， the Party has a new historical task and its construction has entered a critical stage. It is necessary for Party members and comrades to keep pace with the times. College student Party members are not only the new strength of the Party， but also the reserve talents for national prosperity and national rejuvenation. The strength of the Party spirit cultivation of college student Party members directly affects the success or failure of the Party building. This paper intends to make a simple analysis of the importance， existing problems and path analysis of the cultivation of Party spirit of college student Party members， and explore an effective way to cultivate Party spirit of college student Party members in the new era.

習(xí)近平總書(shū)記在十九大報(bào)告中強(qiáng)調(diào)：“中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義進(jìn)入新時(shí)代，我們黨一定要有新氣象新作為。打鐵必須自身硬。黨要團(tuán)結(jié)帶領(lǐng)人民進(jìn)行偉大斗爭(zhēng)、推進(jìn)偉大事業(yè)、實(shí)現(xiàn)偉大夢(mèng)想，必須毫不動(dòng)搖堅(jiān)持和完善黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，毫不動(dòng)搖把黨建設(shè)得更加堅(jiān)強(qiáng)有力。”大學(xué)生黨員是黨的新鮮血液，其黨性修養(yǎng)是高校黨建的重要內(nèi)容，關(guān)系到學(xué)生本人的未來(lái)發(fā)展，更關(guān)系到黨的命運(yùn)和國(guó)家前途。

一、新時(shí)代大學(xué)生黨員黨性培育的重要性

大學(xué)生黨員正處于思想意識(shí)成熟的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期，同時(shí)也是鞏固黨的理想信念教育的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期。習(xí)近平總書(shū)記在北京大學(xué)師生座談會(huì)上的講話中強(qiáng)調(diào)：青年人的價(jià)值觀養(yǎng)成就如“穿衣服扣扣子一樣，如果第一粒扣子扣錯(cuò)了，剩余的扣子都會(huì)扣錯(cuò)。……
