本課為人教版小學英語(三年級起)五年級上冊第三單元的內容,場景設置是孩子和父母在家用餐和在餐廳點餐,內容是談論各自喜愛的食物和飲品。本課分為兩部分:第一部分要求學生能夠聽、說、讀、寫5個食品飲料單詞;第二部分要求學生在語境中能夠正確運用這5個單詞點餐并填寫菜單。執教老師運用“五步教學法”詞匯課教學模式,將多媒體信息技術融入教學,激發學生的學習興趣,很好地達成了教學目標。
一、新課導入:創設情境,引出話題
1.Greeting
T:Good morning boys and girls!
Ss:Good morning,Miss Wu!
T:Nice to meet you!
Ss:Nice to meet you,too!
2.Sing a song

【評析】恰當的教學導入能夠有效地激發學生的學習興趣。執教老師利用學生熟悉的音樂《健康歌》,換成飲食類短句填詞,將其改編為與學習主題相關的歌曲,不僅激活了學生的舊知,還拉近了師生之間的距離。

【評析】《義務教育英語課程標準(2011年版)》指出:教師要幫助學生有效地運用學習策略,提高學習效率,形成自主學習能力。教學中,執教老師引導學生與他人合作完成學習任務,提高了學生英語聽說能力。熱愛游戲是兒童的天性。因此,執教老師運用Golden eyes、Superstar等游戲形式展開教學,寓教于樂,體現了課程標準倡導的“讓學生在樂中學,學中樂”的理念。執教老師對文本進行重構,為學生提供道具、實物、情境,為學生提供展示的平臺,有助于學生拓展思路,靈活運用目標語言進行表達。
四、總結評價:巧用技術,保持樂學

【評析】執教老師在小結本課教學的同時滲透情感教育,讓學生意識到珍愛糧食是一種可貴的品質,餐桌禮儀是重要的修養,合理飲食有助于我們的身心健康。

【評析】執教老師利用學生熟知的動畫卡通小豬佩奇及音樂,讓學生跟著小豬佩奇小結本課所學的知識,不但做到了首尾呼應,而且進行了總結、提升。
五、作業拓展

【評析】作業是對所學知識加以鞏固和運用的手段。作業拓展環節將口頭作業與筆頭作業相結合,開拓了學生的思維,培養了學生的語用能力。
【總評】
在英語教學中,隨著詞匯難度的增加,學生會慢慢失去學習的興趣和積極性。執教老師運用多媒體信息技術,為學生創設語言情境,活躍課堂氣氛,同時制定教學主線,使學習活動始終圍繞教學主線展開。比如,開課伊始復習舊知,順利進入學習主題,為引導學生快速進入學習情境,制作了自己在廚房做沙拉的視頻。
借助多媒體信息技術輔助教學是這節課的亮點。執教老師根據教學目標設計課件,將抽象的知識具體化、直觀化,讓學生在愉悅的氛圍中學習新知,很好地突破了教學難點,突出了英語教學對學生聽、說、讀的能力培養,使學生能夠快速記憶單詞,實現情景對話練習。授課中,執教老師使用了一體機互動游戲,運用了及時反饋、拖動、克隆等功能,為教學節省了時間,實現了課堂教學的智能化,也增加了課堂教學的趣味性。
詞匯課是小學英語教學的主要課型之一。教師要善于運用多媒體信息技術輔助教學,在教學中滲透學習策略,培養學生的語用能力,提升學生的思維品質。
