妊娠期糖尿病胎兒臍動脈、大腦中動脈血流彩色多普勒超聲檢測診斷價值

[摘要] 目的 對妊娠期糖尿病胎兒臍動脈、大腦中動脈血流彩色多普勒超聲檢測的診斷價值進行研究和分析。方法 選擇200例孕婦作為實驗研究對象，其中100例孕婦為妊娠期糖尿病孕婦（實驗組），100名孕婦為正常孕婦（對照組），選取時間為2016年5月—2019年5月。對兩組孕婦的胎兒臍動脈和大腦中動脈血流進行彩色多普勒超聲檢測，對檢測結果進行比較和分析。結果 經過彩色多普勒對兩組孕婦檢測發現，對照組在臍動脈的搏動指數、阻力指數以及臍動脈舒張壓血流峰速比值方面都要低于實驗組，而在大腦中動脈的搏動指數、阻力指數以及臍動脈舒張壓血流峰速比值方面都要高于實驗組，組間數據對比差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 通過對妊娠期糖尿病胎兒大腦中動脈及胎兒臍動脈血流的彩色多普勒超聲檢測，能夠盡早的發現胎兒缺氧的情況，有利于及時采取臨床手段對患者進行治療。

[Abstract] Objective To study and analyze the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the bloodstream of umbilical artery and middle cerebral artery in gestational diabetes. Methods 200 pregnant women were selected as experimental subjects. Among them， 100 pregnant women were pregnant women with gestational diabetes （experimental group）， and 100 pregnant women were normal pregnant women （control group）. The time was from May 2016 to May 2019. Color Doppler ultrasonography was performed on the fetal umbilical artery and middle cerebral artery blood flow of the two groups of pregnant women， and the results were compared and analyzed. Results After color Doppler examination of the two groups of pregnant women， the pulsation index， resistance index and peak ratio of umbilical artery diastolic blood flow in the umbilical artery were lower than those in the experimental group， and the pulsation of the middle cerebral artery was observed. The ratios of index， resistance index and peak velocity of umbilical artery diastolic blood pressure were higher than those of the experimental group. The difference was statistically significant in data between groups（P<0.05）. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography of fetal middle cerebral artery and fetal umbilical arterial blood flow in gestational diabetes can detect fetal hypoxia as early as possible， which is beneficial to timely clinical treatment of patients.

在高危妊娠病癥的種類中，妊娠期糖尿病是重要的一種。尤其是隨著近些年來人民群眾生活條件的改善，飲食結構的變化，使得妊娠期糖尿病發病人群逐年呈上升趨勢。妊娠期糖尿病可能會引發其他不良反應，如果治療不當，對孕婦和胎兒的健康都會造成十分嚴重的威脅[1]。臨床實踐中多通過對胎兒臍動脈、大腦中動脈血流指標的情況來為臨床診斷和治療提供參考。鑒于這種情況，該文選取2016年5月—2019年5月收治的200例孕婦為研究對象，對妊娠期糖尿病胎兒臍動脈、大腦中動脈血流彩色多普勒超聲檢測的診斷價值進行研究和分析。……
