糖尿病胃腸神經(jīng)病變的中西醫(yī)結合治療研究進展 ?

【摘要】 糖尿病胃腸神經(jīng)病變是一種常見的糖尿病并發(fā)癥，可對胃腸道功能造成嚴重不良影響，降低患者生活質(zhì)量。臨床采用的西醫(yī)治療方式包括抗抑郁治療、飲食調(diào)理、止吐等多種方式，但效果并不理想。近幾年，關于本病的中醫(yī)治療方式逐漸受到重視，且治療效果良好。本文結合近幾年關于糖尿病胃腸神經(jīng)病變的中西醫(yī)結合治療的相關文獻，對治療效果、專方專藥等進行總結和分析，將具體內(nèi)容整理如下。

[Abstract] Diabetic gastrointestinal neuropathy is a common complication of diabetes， which can cause serious adverse effects on gastrointestinal function and reduce the quality of life of patients. The western medicine treatment methods used in clinical practice including anti-depression treatment， diet conditioning， antiemetic treatment， etc.， but the effect is not ideal. In recent years， Chinese medicine has received attention in the treatment of this disease and the therapeutic effects is good. In this article， combined with the relevant literatures on the treatment of diabetic gastrointestinal neuropathy with integrated Chinese and western medicine in recent years， and summarize and analyze its therapeutic effect， special prescription and special medicine， etc.. The specific content is organized as follows.

糖尿病胃腸神經(jīng)病變在臨床中較為常見，可導致患者出現(xiàn)噯氣、嘔吐、胃脘脹滿、厭食及上腹部不適，也有部分患者出現(xiàn)腹瀉或便秘[1]。有關數(shù)據(jù)顯示，在糖尿病患者中，約有50%的患者合并胃腸神經(jīng)病變[2]。西醫(yī)治療糖尿病胃腸神經(jīng)病變的方式較多，如原發(fā)性疾病治療、促胃動力藥物、飲食治療、幽門螺桿菌根治及手術治療，雖然能夠在一定程度上減輕患者的臨床癥狀，但無法根治病因[3]。近幾年，中西醫(yī)結合治療糖尿病胃腸神經(jīng)病變的優(yōu)勢逐漸在臨床中凸顯出來，故本文主要對近幾年的治療進展進行綜述。

1 中醫(yī)病因機制分析

中醫(yī)領域中雖然沒有針對糖尿病胃腸神經(jīng)病變的專門論述，但對本病形成了一套獨特的思維和理論體系。中醫(yī)將糖尿病胃腸神經(jīng)病變歸屬于“消渴”“脾積”范疇。此外，由于本病臨床表現(xiàn)為胃脘脹滿、餐后脹增、惡心、噯氣等，因而也被納為消渴病兼反胃、痞滿及嘔吐范圍。……
